Annie and Dominique will warmly welcome you to this charming, renovated and carefully decorated home.
Ideally located between Bergerac and Périgueux, this house is a starting point for all your visits to our beautiful region and an ideal place to rest in peace, with family or friends
Hilly and wooded environment, in a hamlet of farms, character house of 170 m² pleasant to live in and comfortable.
Provided with a flowery interior courtyard and its secure private swimming pool, it also has a 40 m² covered terrace fitted with a summer kitchen with ((BBQ, plancha, sink, hob).
as well as a dining room.
In the inner courtyard, a ping pong table to enhance your days, deckchairs and deckchairs for lazing around, a bowling green and bikes for the more athletic.
Wooded park of about 4000 m² with swing, sandpit.
The house with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, a bathroom with neo ball tub and shower, 2 separate WCs, 1 dining room, 1 independent TV lounge, 1 very well equipped kitchen.

Summer holiday home

We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay at Les Masseries! The owners were very friendly and helpful during check-in and sent messages to inquire about our stay and that all was going well. The swimming pool was delightful during the sunny afternoons and the accommodations were very comfortable and relaxing.

Fantastic property

Fantastic property, it has everything you need and more. The outside space is amazing, everthing for everyone to enjoy and keep occupied. The area if so quiet with stunning views. Dominque and Annie were so helpful and were in hand if needed. This property is of a very high standard all round. We enjoyed visiting Bordeaux, Perigord, Sarlat, Bergerac and the Monbazillac Castle.

Annual holiday with family

The property was excellent with the large court yard, swimming pool and large seating and rest areas. Next door to two farms that were so helpful and kind to the family showing them the farm yard animals. This made the holiday for the under 2 year old. Sitting out in the courtyard every night and day even when it was raining. The outside garden was very large and prefect play area.

Peace and quiet in the country

Amazing property with first class facilities. Very well equipped and comfortable. The owners were very friendly and helpful if we needed anything. Their communication was excellent. The pool and outdoor seating area is very private. The location is only a 5 minute drive to the nearest supermarket, in rural France. It is about 20 minutes to Bergerac. If anything the description does not do the property justice. Our stay was very relaxing, and we are already looking forward to staying again next year.

A good holiday

Overall we were very pleased with the house. Everything was clean, tidy and kitchen very well equipped. Bit disappointed that the second bathroom was a hand basin and shower in the dormitory upstairs bedroom, with only a 3 fold freestanding screen for the shower. We coped as 2 couples with this but a larger group of adults would have struggled with privacy. Everything else - pool, games, garden furniture, quiet location where absolutely perfect.

Most enjoyable holiday

Lovely property set in a rural farming hamlet. Peaceful and quiet. We spent most of the fortnight outside in the courtyard area and in particular early afternoons reading in the under cover seating/dining area and the cooking in the outside kitchen. The pool was so welcoming in 35 degree temperatures and was probably the best we have experienced in all our stays in France. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything needed for a great holiday. Beds were so comfortable that we were often 'late risers' ( well later than we would be at home - 5.30am).Dominique and Annie could not have been anymore helpful and available if we had any questions. Despite our language difficulties, we got by with just a little help from a couple of translations apps! An added bonus was the small village supermarket 5 minutes drive away, that stocked virtually everything we needed between supermarket shops 20 minutes drive away in Bergerac.All in all a really lovely holiday and I would thoroughly recommend it if you enjoy rural France..

Fantastic gite

An excellent gite in a great location. This traditional gite has been well converted and thoughtfully laid out and well equipped. The pool and the outside space (with external cooking facilites) was excellent and well positioned for a full day of sun. There is a large garden area for playing games or just sitting about. The gite was immaculately clean and well presented. Annie and Dominique were great hosts, they were attentive but discreet and full of help and advice. The gite is in a quiet rural location; perfect to get away from day to day life, but close enough to Bergerac (about 15 minutes drive). The Dordogne is our favourite part of France and we would happily return here again. Thank you Annie and Dominique for your part in providing us with a great holiday.

We have had an absolutely wonderful, idyllic stay at this property and have loved eveey second of it!We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children, ages 12 and 7) and stayed for 2 weeks at the end of August.The property is perfect - the photographs do not do it justice at all! Exceptionally clean, very well stocked kitchen with everything we needed, lots of toys and games for all the family including board games, ping pong and volleyball/badminton. The beds were very comfortable and the outside space was fantastic for relaxing of an evening - it's a huge space! The outdoor cooking facilities were brilliant and all the outaide furniture was comfy and well maintianed with plenty of umbrellas. The pool was perfect- wonderful to cool down in, fantastic size, very well maintained.Also the air con was a welcome addition!The location of the property is so relaxing and tranquil- close enough to everything! Bergerac only 20 mins away, big supermarkets at Bergerac or Vergt ans a fantastic little Cocci Market just 5 mins away. Close enough to all of the big attractions- we did Sarlat, Lascaux Caves, The Musee de Prehistoire, Roque St Christophe, the Aquarium and Univerland aa well aa an abundance of Châteaux and wineries.And finally, our hosts - Dominique et Annie - absolutely wonderful people! Very helpful and kind, always quick to help and very knowledgeable about the area.We have had a wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone! Thank you so much for a wonderful 2 weeks xx

August 2019

My husband and I and 3 (older) teenage boys had a wonderful week staying at Montagnac-la-Crempse. The farmhouse and outside areas were wonderful and we spent most of our time in the courtyard playing table tennis and relaxing around the pool. The nearest village was about 3 miles away and we cycled each morning on the bikes provided to get fresh croissants for breakfast from the village shop. The kitchen was very well equipped and with two BBQ's and the outside kitchen area we spent little time inside. The farmhouse itself however was spacious with plenty or places to relax and spend some time alone or as a group. Only half an hours drive from Bergerac airport the farmhouse was easy to get to. You definitely need a car though. Having visited the Dordogne before we spent more time relaxing this week but there are lots of places to visit within an hours drive. The owners live close by and were friendly and very helpful, despite our lack of French. I would highly recommend Montagnac-la-Crempse - we had a lovely week.

Un coin de paradis!

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances, très reposantes, ce que nous recherchions. La maison est exactement à l'image de sa description, même mieux. On s'y sent tout de suite bien, et elle est incroyablement équipée. On arrive, on pose les valises. Les hôtes, Annie et Dominique sont très sympathiques, accueillants, ils ont tout prévu pour qu'un séjour dans leur maison soit exceptionnel. C'est très précieux. Merci à vous deux !! On a tellement eu besoin de recharger nos batteries

Des Vacances de reve !

Nous avons adoré cette jolie maison spacieuse et tres bien equipee, en pleine nature, décorée avec gout et chaleureuse a l image des propriétaires Annie et Dominique qui sont vraiment accueillants et aux petits soins, sans etre trop presents. Nous avons pu pleinement profiter des exterieurs, piscine, cuisine d'ete, badminton, ping pong, velos. Tout est la pour rendre ce sejour inoubliable. La region est splendide nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Excellent accueil, propriété très agréable.

Nous avons apprécié l'environnement calme et les équipements intérieur et extérieur de la propriété. Nous avons été enchantés d'avoir rencontré des propriétaires très sympathiques. Une excellente semaine en famille

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille (3 générations) chez Dominique et Annie. Nous avons été extrêmement bien accueillis avec de charmantes attentions. La maison a tout pour plaire : très bien entretenue, avec tous les équipements nécessaires (et même plus). Toute la famille est ravie. Nous aurions bien prolongé notre séjour et reviendrons avec plaisir.

M. et Mme Turek sont des hôtes très sympathiques,d'une grande gentillesse et toujours disponibles. Pour ce qui est du logement, on se sent comme chez soi.Rien ne manque,il est d'une propreté irréprochable dedans comme dehors .En résumé, nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Tout pour les vacances

Superbe propriété avec une cuisine extérieure très fonctionnelle ( barbecue, plancha…). Pour les loisirs une très belle piscine , table ping-pong, Vélo à disposition. Tout est propre et très bien entretenu. Annie et Dominique sont toujours disponibles et très serviables. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans une belle région.

Nous avons passé d excellentes vacances. La maison est très agréable. Malgré le mauvais temps nous avons profité de l'extérieur, la cuisine extérieure est un vrai plus.
