Comfortable villa. This beautiful villa in the countryside has a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains and a large enclosed swimming pool. In its own grounds with olive and fruit trees. The house is very private and is only 5 minutes from the town of Montefrio. It consists of 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a large dining room and a kitchen. Barbecue, swimming pool with garden furniture and a beautiful view of the mountains. The pets are allowed.

Excellent place to stay, but some small improvements needed...

This was a superb place to stay - in the middle of nowhere with a pool to enjoy dueing the hewt ofbthebafternoon. Amazing views from up by the radio mast, and lovely day trips into Montefrio, Granada and Motril.One small gripe though - the oven wasn't great for 11. Could do with an upgrade.But overall, a fabulous place to spend a week.

Maison agréable avec une pièce de séjour de bonne taille et un feu ouvert pour l'ambiance. Belle piscine bien exposée au soleil. Tb pour maximum 10 personnes Un bémol:: le chemin de terre allant de la route à la maison n'est pas en bon état. Attention aux voitures basses!

La casa es muy cómoda para cuando vas con muchas personas. La habitación de 5 camas para todos los jóvenes nos gusto mucho. Muy limpio todo y una piscina espectacular! Solo faltan mosquiteras y lavavajillas. Además el anfitrión, Juan, muy atento a todo lo que necesitábamos. Puedes llevar perros, lo cual es muy conveniente. Es una casa un poco apartada de todo, pero el pueblo de Montefrío tiene de todo. La recomiendo si quieres tranquilidad.

Faltaban aclaraciones importantes de las condiciones por parte del propietario

La casa no estaba completamente limpia, pudiendo encontrar restos de comida tirados por diferentes partes del alojamiento. El propietario no especificó que para acceder a la vivienda hay que circular durante 2 Kms por un camino en mal estado por el que no pasaba mi turismo. No atendió a nuestras especificaciones de cuantos dormitorios y que tipo de cama necesitábamos, acordando previamente por teléfono nuestras preferencias, pero luego dispuso otra cosa. No hay cobertura, el propietario da la contraseña de un router wifi, pero éste tampoco tiene acceso a internet.

Excelente para desconectar

Un lugar excelente para desconectar unos días, algunas cosas que mejoraría sería la limpieza y el camino hasta llegar a la casa, ya que está bastante deteriorado. Pero aún así muy recomendable.

UN 10 PARA LA CASA RURAL "CASA DE PAQUITA"

Acabamos de pasar 3 días en "Casa de Paquita" y han sido unas minivacaciones perfectas. La casa es grande y muy acogedora, no falta de nada. Los dueños son encantadores, muy atentos y siempre con una sonrisa, al igual que su hija Aroa. Los adultos hemos conseguido la tranquilidad que buscábamos y los niños se han divertido muchísimo. Volveremos seguro.
