This holiday home features spacious rooms and a quiet location in the middle of the Cordovan countryside. It's provided with all the comforts you may need to spend a relaxing stay with your family, as it can welcome up to eight people.

The dining-living room is the house's main space, where the whole family can gather and enjoy their free time together. Equipped with comfortable sofas, a beautiful dining table, a stove, warm/cool air-con and a fully equipped open kitchen, the living area is ideal for making the most of the holiday evenings. The ground floor also features a bathroom with shower.

Upstairs, you will find the three bedrooms of the villa: one of them is equipped with a double bed, whereas the other two bedrooms feature two twin beds each. Besides, you can rely on two extra beds, to accommodate two more people of your party. A bathroom with bathtub is available on the first floor, too.

The outdoor area features an oval-shaped private pool, located in a fenced space that helps maintain a reasonable degree of safety for families with children.

The access to the property is possible via a 1-km dirt track.

Nuestra estadía fue excelente, aprovechamos mucho la piscina con los niños.Y el propietario ha estado atento a nosotros en todo momento para todo aquello que necesitáramos. La casa se encuentra en plena naturaleza a las afueras de Priego, lo que hay que tener en cuenta es que para acceder a ella es por un camino de tierra de montaña empinado. Muy buen sitio para descansar si es lo que se está buscando!

Haus genau wie angegeben. Wir waren als Familie (5 Personen) zwei Wochen dort. Ruhe versichert und Schwimmbad sehr willkommen! Der Besitzer ist aufmerksam und sehr reaktionsschnell. Die Ausstattung ist einfach aber zweckmäßig. Ein Auto ist absolut notwendig, um dorthin zu gelangen und den Ort zu genießen.

Perfektes Haus, um mit Familie oder Freunden zu ruhen. In der im Internet angebotenen Beschreibung fehlen Dinge, das Haus ist besser als auf den Fotos. Guter Grillplatz mit Eingang zum Pool und Platz zum Parken von Autos. Es ist erwähnenswert, die Freundlichkeit und Veranlagung des Besitzers, er versorgte uns mit Dingen, die wir extra verlangt hatten (Schinkenhalter, Paellapfanne, Gas Donut usw.) und er stellte uns ein Kinderbett für ein kleines Kind.
