• The cosy living room features a sofa set, flat-screen TV, CD player, binoculars, and a dining table with a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea.

• The kitchen, located in the entryway, is equipped with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and hand blender.
• The bedroom features a large double bed and a single bed, as well as a second flat-screen TV. There is ample storage space for your luggage.
• Arrive and feel at home! We’ve already made up the beds for you upon arrival. The total price includes a linens package for each guest. This includes a duvet cover, sheet, pillowcase, bath towel, and hand towel. Additional linens can be booked.
• The bathroom features a shower/toilet, washing machine, and hair dryer. One large and one small towel are provided per person.
• Enjoy a beautiful ocean view with passenger ships passing by, as well as a panoramic view all the way to the Baltic Sea resorts of Binz and Sellin.
• A garage (unlockable) is available for a small car right next to the house. Alternatively, there is an alternative parking spot a 10-minute walk away.
• If requested in advance, a cot and a high chair can be provided for 10 € each. A laundry package for your child can be added for 20 €. This includes bed linens, 1 bath towel, and 1 hand towel.
