Amenities include a kitchen, bathroom, living area with TV and Wi-Fi, and a workspace. Breakfast with homemade and regional specialties is available on request for an extra fee. Flexible arrival is possible thanks to self-check-in.



The property is located near a meadow and a main road; a small garden bench in front of the room allows for smoking breaks. Ideal for younger guests. Parking and secure bicycle storage are available. Events and smoking inside the room are not permitted.
