Penthouse Maisonette lofts with roof terraces
Penthouse flat, a duplex loft in the attic of the old Landsberg mill, quietly situated in the heart of the traffic-calmed old town. Featuring an open-plan fireplace, a bespoke kitchen with high-end appliances (e.g. induction hob, steam oven, wine cabinet, Jura espresso machine, ice maker), a spacious bathroom, a guest toilet, and a bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe. In addition to the balcony, a glass roof offers unobstructed views over Landsberg’s old town. When the weather is fine, the convertible roof transforms the mezzanine level into a 20 m² roof terrace. Washing machine and tumble dryer provided; parking available in a municipal underground car park 50 metres away. Unedited photos; more photos or Video available on request.
