The house features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed (standard Italian size), one double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, and sink. The furnishings are practical and well cared for. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Air conditioning and a ceiling fan ensure comfort even during the hottest months. Amenities include a TV, safe, private parking, laundry room with washing machine, ironing board, and iron. The house is pet-friendly—your four-legged friend is welcome.
Casa Villa Aury’s charm shines outdoors: a large pergola with table and barbecue is perfect for al fresco meals. The solarium lets you soak up the sun for hours. The garden is filled with palms, strelitzias, hibiscus, and a rose garden; the grounds offer figs, oranges, and prickly pears. The spacious outdoor areas are ideal for children too.
In just 7 minutes by car, you reach Cefalù’s UNESCO-listed old town, with its Arab-Norman cathedral, seaside alleys, and traditional restaurants. In the evening, sunsets viewed from the house become a daily ritual.
