In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (limited number of spaces). Shop, supermarket, restaurant 350 m, 3 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, station/poste" 650 m, railway station "Sion" 16.4 km, outdoor swimming pool 850 m. Golf course (18 hole) 16 km, tennis 850 m, gondola lift 950 m, skisport facilities 750 m, ski bus stop 500 m, sled run 550 m, ice rink 350 m, children's playground 550 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz 4 vallées Tracouet 750 m, Funiculaire Tracouet 450 m. Hiking paths: Bisse du Milieu 750 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).

Exit to the terrace, north-east facing position. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace, south-east facing position. 1 small room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso), raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC. Heating. Large terrace, south-east facing position and north facing position. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Ski lockers for 4 pairs of skis and boots are available at the base of the ski lifts.
