You'll love the relaxing walk to the beach and the beautiful pool area. No need to bring extra clothing, your condo conveniently has a full size washer and dryer. Forgot something? No problem! Comfy Beach Stay

A perfect stay for our family of five. It was a short walk to the beach and they had everything that you might have forgotten for the water (Sand toys, life jackets, chairs, floaty). The full kitchen was great to prepare meals in and the pool and fitness center were appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay! Beautifully renovated space, well stocked kitchen for cooking, and we made great use of all of the provided beach toys/supplies (cooler, chairs, boogie boards, etc). Only downside was lots of ants in the condo.

The property was just a short walk from the beach. Good location. Everything was easy - check in/out, easy to follow rules. Nice rooms, good kitchen, and nice to have washer/dryer. Some negatives - the baths/showers are a little dated, pull out sofa mattress was not comfortable, and be ready for some extra fees when you book. With all of that said, I would stay here again. We had a good experience.

This place was great. Walking distance from the beach, and minutes away from gift shops and other stores. Plenty of room for our group of 6 people. Kitchen was stock with pots pans and utensils. The whole place was cleaned and had been well kept like the bedrooms and bathrooms. The deck area was great for relaxing at the end of the day at the beach. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a getaway while at Padre Island.

Needs a little more attention

The property manager was very helpful and resolved a couple minor issues promptly. Overall our only complaint is that the cleaning could have been more thorough. My son had sand in his bed, and the floors, although swept, really should have been mopped. Our feet would show the dirt after walking around in the condo. I am reporting this only so the manager knows this. He was very good to work with and I am certain he was not aware of this problem. The location was wonderful and we enjoyed the condo and amenities very much

Enjoyed our stay

My family stayed at Beach Club for our vacation. My parents had another unit but ours was better. All the beach items in the outside closet were amazing and kept us from buying a lot of unnecessary items for the beach. The location is about 1/4 mile from the beach but it is very walkable with a paved path. The only downside was the furniture wasn’t super comfortable. There is a high top table which isn’t kid friendly and the couches were quite stiff. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great but that seems pretty typical for condos. I really appreciated that both rooms had large closets with hangers. I loved the fact that there was a washer and dryer in the room. As far as the facilities go, the pool was nice and the gym had plenty of equipment and was very clean. We didn’t use the hot tub or sauna but they appeared clean and in good working order. There were 2 outdoor shower areas, one by the pool for just rinsing off but a second one that was higher pressure and great for washing off the car and beach items. Check in and check out was a breeze. I would stay here again.

Dirty condo & rude property manager

***Compared to the other condos I’ve stayed in each year for the last 10 years -this one was by far the WORST. Clogged sinks, no shower curtain liners, floors were dirty inside the condo and steps outside. I had to sweep and mop the place on day 1. Property manager was not the friendliest person I’ve dealt with either. DO NOT RECOMMEND *** My mother was having a major heart surgery and property manager would not work with us at all so we lost 2 days but paid same price. He didn’t even try to help.

Good times but parking nightmare

We arrived late in the evening only to find that the entire parking lot close to the property was blocked off and inaccessible. We were not given any forewarning and had to schlep all of our luggage, ice chest, etc from quite a ways away. Later in the week, we came home to our stairwell doorway completely blocked due to roofers working on the unit. We had to walk even further to get to our unit. Very displeased with this hassle as we are older and walking is a struggle anyway. Otherwise fairly good stay. Dishwasher didn't get dishes clean, so I had to wash them by hand. Was expecting an enjoyable time on the balcony to hear the beach a block away. This unit's balcony faces the busy street so between traffic and roofers, patio was pretty much unusable.

Great Location

This condo was great, and we enjoyed our two-week stay very much. Nice floorplan to accommodate two couples since each bedroom had its own bath. Nice balcony, but it would have been nice to have four comfortable adult size chairs outside (there were only three nice chairs and one child's size chair). In very humid weather we had difficulty opening and closing the door to the balcony, and during a rainstorm, that door leaked leaving a puddle of water on the floor inside. Also, the water pressure was very low in all the sinks--probably the screens needed to be removed and cleaned. The only other problem we had was with parking our vehicle. We were told, and the posted rules stated, that we had a reserved spot and to park there or our car would be towed. Every weekend we would come home and find someone parked in our spot. Very aggravating since we had to park some distance away in those instances since the parking lot was so crowded. We were told by management then to park in someone else's reserved spot? Not a good situation. All in all, this was a very nice condo, and the management was responsive.

Beach trip

We rented a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in Beach Club on Padre Island and found it to be clean, tastefully and nicely decorated, and with a fully equipped kitchen that had every thing needed for meal prep. The location is only a few quick minutes from the beach by car, bicycle, or beach cart. We recommend going with a beach cart, and Randy the manager of the condo can tell you how to get one, and in addition can give you a wealth of information about the area as to places to eat, things to see and do, etc. and will entertain you at the same time with his amusing stories. Initially we encountered some unexpected things at the condo that were problems, (some small and some not so small and not all were under the control of the owner or manager Randy) and made it difficult for us to have a relaxing and restful time there. For example, there is a very nice pool in the complex but when we got there it was being repaired and there was no water in it. The day we left we noticed they had finished the repairs and were putting water back in the pool. Randy dealt with this by offering us the use of another pool at a location in another complex near by. Next when we went to bed the first evening and turned off the lights in our room and the light from outside security lights illuminated the room like it was day. This problem was alleviated by Randy again by putting up some light darkening curtains in the bedroom windows. The biggest thing was the fact that in the apartment directly above us they were doing construction and renovation every day but Sunday when we were due to check out. There was loud hammering, heavy things being dropped on the floor, saws, and other sounds that made getting any rest almost impossible during the day, so forget about an afternoon nap. This was a situation the owner and Randy had no real control over, but they kindly made allowances to us for this annoyance, which we very much appreciated.

We loved it so much we were married on the beach on Mustang Island, located between North Padre and Port Aransas. We have six children, and four grandchildren, who all live either in Corpus Christi or close by. Although our Home is in Corpus Christi, we spend most of our Holidays and family time here on the island.
We started with one unit at Beach Club on Whitecap but have quickly grown to 5 condos on North Padre with others coming soon, We are always excited to find “the next great condo” and are get excited to figure out what theme and charm to bring to that one. We currently have several new units under Construction, Aside from our own units; we manage other units for some of our friends or family.
We enjoy decorating and giving each unit its own unique and fun personality. and try to incorporate “fun colorful beach schemes” that we wouldn’t be brave enough to use at home.
We try hard to give our guest the vacation of a lifetime, with all of the amenities and comfort you would find at home. We pride ourselves on the fact that we try to go above and beyond and are always open to suggestions from our guest. We are available 24/7 for any questions or needs you may have.
Aside from our love of this beautiful Island, we also own and operate Prints Charming Royal-Tees a screen printing, embroidery, rhinestone and promotional product retail shop. What makes this property unique

This condo has a great view overlooking the island. The large porch makes a nice area for early morning coffee or star gazing on a clear night. Located on the second floor, It is a perfect location for sight seeing. Our pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness center are open 24 hours a day.
