Our basement apartment in Marxzell-Burbach, completely renovated in 2023, is designed as an exclusive retreat for couples and solo travellers. Our property is an "adults only" accommodation. If you appreciate rural tranquility and want to escape the hustle and bustle, you’ll find a beautiful place here to unwind.

Top-Notch Living & Cooking
The spacious living area (approx. 24 m²) is decorated in a warm country-style. You can spend relaxing evenings on the high-quality premium sofa bed with a good book or in front of the 49-inch Metz TV, while the MCZ pellet stove provides cosy warmth. The centrepiece is the high-quality, fully equipped kitchen (approx. 12 m²), including a Miele automatic coffee maker (coffee beans are provided for you)—ideal for anyone who enjoys cooking in a beautiful setting even while on holiday. Underfloor heating throughout the living area ensures maximum comfort.

Sleep & Relax
The compact, cosy bedroom (approx. 8 m²) features a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) with a full-length, high-quality mattress and another 32-inch Metz TV. The built-in air conditioning ensures a perfect night’s sleep on hot days.
A special highlight of the apartment is the indoor climate: The combination of full-floor underfloor heating, top-quality insulation, and a special climate-regulating plaster on the walls guarantees outstanding, allergy-friendly air quality.

Wellness & Bathroom
The bathroom (approx. 6 m²) features a large, walk-in shower that seamlessly transitions into the elegant designer flooring. Directly adjacent is your private Klafs sauna (approx. 4 m², available upon request for a fee)—your very own intimate wellness area. For those seeking variety: Eight fantastic thermal baths (such as the Palais Thermal, the Caracalla Therme, or the Friedrichsbad) are easily accessible within the surrounding area.

Outdoor Area & Location
For your exclusive use is a 42 m² terrace—perfect for unwinding undisturbed after an outing.
Marxzell-Burbach is idyllic and very quiet. The local amenities are intentionally modest: for your basic needs, there’s a convenient “Tante M” shop in town. Otherwise, you’ll enjoy pure nature here. The Northern Black Forest right on your doorstep offers great opportunities for enjoyable hiking, road cycling, or mountain biking. For horse lovers, the Wiesenhof Icelandic Horse Stud is also just a few minutes away.
