The Arcobaleno Residence is located in a quiet, green area in Sottomarina di Chioggia, Italy, away from the hustle and bustle and just a few minutes’ walk from the Adriatic Sea. The complex is in an excellent location, allowing you to easily reach all amenities—such as bars, pizzerias, restaurants, and shops—on foot in just a few minutes. A private footpath leads you directly to the wide sandy beach after only about 100 metres.
The cosy two-room apartment is located on the ground floor (with or without a few steps, depending on the unit) and can accommodate up to 4 people. It features a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. The fully equipped kitchen features a gas stove, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A satellite TV and air conditioning are also available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, sink, and a washing machine. The apartment includes a 25-square-meter fenced-in terrace with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The drive from the Italian border takes about 4 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, you may, of course, check in the following day (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, you may also check out the day before. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
The beach at Sottomarina is a beautiful, expansive sandy beach known for its exceptional width and fine, golden sand. Thanks to the gently sloping shoreline, it’s especially safe for children and less experienced swimmers. Near the beach, you’ll also find a beach bar offering snacks, drinks, and ice cream—perfect for a quick refreshment. The beach is clean and well-maintained, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing or active day by the sea.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
The residence is superbly tailored to the needs of families with children. Thanks to its quiet location away from the main traffic and the short, private walk to the sea, you can enjoy a completely relaxed holiday day with the kids. The gently sloping sandy beach is ideal for young guests to splash around safely in the shallow water and build sandcastles.
LEISURE AND SPORTS
For active guests, beach tennis, beach volleyball, beach football, and horseback riding are available. There’s a large riding stable nearby where you can book riding lessons. If you’d like to explore the picturesque landscape around the Venice Lagoon, you can take advantage of the well-developed bike paths and easily discover Sottomarina and historic Chioggia by bike. Nature walks along the lagoon, boat tours, and various water sports in the nearby sea perfectly round out the recreational offerings.

The residence is located near Chioggia, a lively town with numerous small shops, supermarkets, and restaurants that are easily accessible. The nearest public supermarket is just a few minutes away and offers everything you need for your daily needs.
MEALS
The accommodation features a well-equipped kitchen. Alternatively, you can treat yourself to a meal at the restaurant next to the residence. Other restaurants serving local cuisine are just a few minutes’ walk away.
PETS
Two pets are allowed per accommodation and must be registered at the time of booking.

The Arcobaleno Residences are located in Sottomarina di Chioggia, in the Veneto region. The historic centre of Chioggia (Little Venice) is about 2 kilometres away. The famous city of Venice is about 50 kilometres away, and Venice Marco Polo Airport is approximately 60 kilometres away.
