The holiday home is a terraced house and is modern and functionally furnished. The property is located in the town centre. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the panorama and the sunny location. Available for use: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facility, terrace and garden furniture. Entertainment programme for children - from 13/05.


Location
Albarella. The holiday home is situated on an open garden plot with lawn and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The island of Albarella offers various types of accommodation: small flats, terraced houses, semi-detached houses, large villas with swimming pool. They are located in the tourist centre. Albarella is a private island in the lagoon south of Venice. Here you can opt for a relaxing holiday or devote yourself to your favourite sport.

Located in the Po Delta Nature Park and connected to the mainland by a bridge, the island is 5 km long and 1.5 km wide: 528 hectares are covered by Mediterranean maquis, with 2 million trees of 150 different species, for example, maritime pine and poplar, also called “Populus alba”, from which the island takes its name.

Here fallow deer, pheasants, hares, deer, hawks, herons and Italian waders find their natural habitat. The entire island (100%) and all water areas are under strict protection. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 2 cars) on the street in front of the house.

Horse riding in Centro Ippico 800 m. Golf in Golf Club Albarella 500 m. Dog beach in Spiaggia Capo Nord 1.6 km. Tennis in Tennis Farm 200 m. The distance to the sea varies greatly depending on the location of the house. Additionally, the water is quickly accessible from everywhere and guests can swim both at the beach (from Capo Nord or Mare Vostrum) and in the fjords. Usually, the first swim by bike takes a maximum of 10 minutes.

The entrance to your holiday home is on the ground floor, is level and leads directly into the living kitchen with doors to all rooms.
Ground Floor: Living Room with seating area, TV, access to the terrace (garden furniture, parasol) and ON REQUEST an additional person can be accommodated at a price of €15.00 per night (payable on site). Kitchenette in the living room with gas stove (4 burners), oven, dishwasher and refrigerator (freezer compartment). Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin and toilet.
