This modern, Scandinavian-style holiday rental is situated in a very quiet location.
It is accessible from the hallway on the ground floor via a gently sloping staircase leading to the attic.
In our “Old Village School” in Lübow, built in 1754, we furnished this cosy little holiday apartment in 2022.
Our house has two holiday apartments. On several occasions, couples and families who are friends with one another—
—including multi-generational groups, have rented both apartments for holidays during the same time period.
The attic apartment measures 42 m² and can accommodate two to three people.
An easily accessible staircase with a gentle incline leads to the upper floor.
The apartment features a living area with an open kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a window offering a view of the village church.
The skylights are equipped with external heat-protection awnings, and the bedroom can be darkened with a roller shade.
The attic is fully insulated and provides a comfortable indoor climate year-round. The dormer windows are fitted with insect screens,
which allow for easy ventilation at any time.

Additional sleeping space is available in the living area via a pull-out double sofa bed.
The bathroom features, among other things, a walk-in shower, heated floors, and a heated towel rack.
The open kitchen area offers excellent opportunities for cooking your own meals and is equipped with everything you need.
As part of the 2022 redesign, we placed an emphasis on environmentally friendly materials and allergy-friendly design.
We heat water directly using solar power.
Guest Wi-Fi is available.
The natural garden and surroundings, as well as the proximity to the Baltic Sea, offer great opportunities for relaxation and recreation.
On the west side of the apartment stands the village church, built in the Brick Gothic style—the oldest in Mecklenburg.
In the garden, guests have access to a separate, naturally secluded seating area. A parasol provides shade.
The parking spot is located directly next to the house on the north side.
Bicycles you bring with you, including e-bikes, can be parked and secured in the carport; e-bikes can also be charged free of charge.
The cost of bed linens and towels is included in the final cleaning fee.
We are very flexible and are prepared to accommodate last-minute bookings.
Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM on all weekdays. We ask that you check out by 10:00 AM.
Pets of any kind are not permitted. We appreciate your understanding.
