The first-floor apartment features 2 balconies: one facing east, the other southwest. The covered southwest balcony comes with its own electric table grill and offers evening sun and a lovely view of greenery. The bathroom includes both a shower and a bathtub. There are 2 bedrooms for 2 guests each, a living room, kitchen, and pantry. From both balconies, you can enjoy nature views and, depending on the weather, a view of the Alps.



The ground-floor apartment is similarly equipped but has a bathroom with a shower only, no bathtub. Instead of balconies, it offers a terrace with a garden.



One parking space is available at the house for one vehicle; additional street parking is possible. The property is close to public transport. One dog is welcome; a second dog is allowed only by prior arrangement. Please note that no other pets, such as cats, are permitted. Events are not allowed, quiet hours must be observed, and waste separation is mandatory.



The apartment is on the edge of Unterbränd in a traffic-calmed area near the idyllic Kirnbergsee, just a 5-minute walk away, ideal for swimming, surfing, and fishing. The Swiss border is close: Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen is 45 km, Freiburg 55 km away. Lake Constance is about an hour’s drive. Explore the Black Forest Park or hike the Wutach, Gauchach, and Enge gorges or the Feldberg. The Titisee spa is nearby. In winter, enjoy skiing, sledding, or horse-drawn sleigh rides. Ski lifts and trails are close by.
