Apartment Gamsstein combines modern design with natural materials, creating a bright, welcoming atmosphere. Large windows fill the rooms with light and offer beautiful views of the Ybbstal mountains. The spacious terrace is partly covered and perfect for relaxing.



The generous living area with a cozy window seat invites you to unwind. The fully equipped kitchen with cooking island and stylish dining area provide maximum comfort. The bathroom features a bathtub, rain shower, and separate WC. Two bedrooms with box-spring beds plus a sofa bed accommodate up to six guests. An integrated workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi are ideal for longer stays.

Our apartments are quietly yet centrally located in the heart of Hollenstein an der Ybbs, right in the picturesque Ybbstal valley. The village center with inn, bakery, and grocery store is within easy walking distance.



Hollenstein is in the NÖ Eisenwurzen Nature Park, close to the Kalkalpen and Gesäuse National Parks and the Dürrenstein Wilderness Area. Lunzer See, the only natural bathing lake in Lower Austria, and the Hollenstein natural beach are among the region’s top attractions.



Situated directly on the Ybbstal Cycle Path, our apartments are the perfect base for cyclists. Hollenstein offers over 170 km of mountain bike trails for active guests.



Each apartment has a covered parking space with EV charging station and a lockable storage room. Whether hiking, cycling, or relaxing by the Ybbs, you enjoy nature, relaxation, and activity in equal measure.
