A relaxing getaway for two—a cosy holiday rental with a sunny terrace and large garden!

Welcome to our “Holiday Rental 4” in the “Moin Borkum” building. Here you’ll find a cosy holiday home in a quiet location close to the beach—ideal for couples or solo travellers (with a baby, if applicable). The popular South Beach is just a few minutes’ walk away (2 minutes by bike path).

The bright living room, featuring a couch, a recliner, a large TV, and a dining area, forms the heart of the holiday rental. After a bike ride or a day at the beach, you can relax together, read a good book, or watch TV. From the living room, you can step out onto the covered, sunny terrace with a fantastic view of the large garden. It’s a wonderful place to enjoy your first cup of coffee of the day, take an afternoon break, or savour the evening atmosphere after a walk on the beach.

In the open kitchen, you can easily prepare your own holiday breakfast or light meals. A coffee maker, electric kettle, egg cooker, and toaster are all available to help you start your day off right. You’ll also find an electric stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

The separate bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 80 x 190 cm) and a spacious closet, as well as external roller shades for a restful night’s sleep. Whether you’re enjoying a cosy evening read or relaxing in front of the TV from the comfort of your bed—two bedside lamps and a TV provide the perfect setting for a restful break.

The well-maintained bathroom offers additional comfort with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink with an illuminated mirror, as well as a makeup mirror and a hair dryer.

Thanks to free Wi-Fi, you’ll stay well-connected even while on holiday.

A private parking space at the house (No. 4) makes your arrival easier, while a bike storage area in the garage provides the ideal conditions for exploring the island on two wheels.

The holiday rental is particularly well-suited for couples, solo travellers, or a small family with a baby. Unfortunately, due to space constraints, we cannot provide a cot or high chair.

You are welcome to bring your small dog (max. 1, upon request). Since the apartment is not fenced in, we ask that you keep your dog on a leash.

Notes: The apartment is located on the ground floor. A washing machine and dryer are available in the building for shared use. This is a non-smoking apartment.

Island tranquility & a garden paradise near the beach!

Our “Holiday Apartment 4” in the “Moin Borkum” building is located in a beautiful, quiet setting close to the beach, offering you plenty of opportunities to relax. Right next door lies the beautiful Greune Stee island forest and nature reserve. Winding paths invite you to take long walks and bike rides through dunes, small forests, and heathland.

Just a few minutes’ walk (2 min. by bike path) will take you to the popular South Beach. With beach chairs, snack stands, and bathrooms, this DLRG-supervised beach offers every comfort for wonderful days at the beach.

You can reach the North Beach after about a 7-minute bike ride. The inviting promenade, cosy cafés and cocktail bars, the bandstand, and the offshore sandbar promise a perfect blend of relaxation and activity. In addition to long walks on the beach and swimming, a wide range of sports activities awaits you (including beach aerobics, beach volleyball, sailing, and surfing).

Borkum’s island centre, with its small shops, cafés, and restaurants, invites you to stroll and take a break, and is also only about a 7-minute bike ride from the house.
