Cottage 'Domaine du Roujos - gîte Terra'

Domaine du Roujos covers 7 hectares of natural landscape, just 4 km from the village of Beaumont de Lomagne and 50 km northwest of Toulouse, on the border of the Gers region.



Gîte Terra is located in a renovated former barn and is one of three cottages on the estate, arranged around a heated swimming pool.



This spacious 140 m² cottage is furnished in a local style and shaded by old plane trees. French doors open onto a large terrace and a covered veranda, both equipped with wooden garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue.



On the ground floor: living and dining area, lounge, fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower and sink, separate toilet.



Upstairs: 30 m² mezzanine and attic/library/games room.



Beds are made on arrival, and bed linen and final cleaning are included. The pool is heated from June 1 to September 30.



Bath and beach towels are available for an extra fee.
