Your Wellness Retreat on Sylt – "Küstenperle" Vacation Home

Welcome to the "Küstenperle," your exclusive oasis of well-being at "Am Lister Tor 3" in List on Sylt. This luxurious holiday home spans three floors and offers 95 m² of space for a family with a toddler. The kitchen, which opens onto the living room, forms the inviting heart of the home. Here, functionality and style come together: an induction cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a DeLonghi Nespresso machine, a kettle, a toaster, and a refrigerator with an integrated freezer leave nothing to be desired. All kitchen utensils are, of course, provided. The adjacent dining area with a dining table and the comfortable living room with a sofa, flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace create a cosy atmosphere, perfectly complemented by direct access to the terrace and a view of the private garden.

The accommodation features one bedroom and offers high-quality sleeping arrangements (a 180x200 cm double bed on the upper floor). A travel cot for a toddler can be booked as an add-on for an additional fee. Two bathrooms (on the lower level and the upper level), equipped with a toilet, sink, and mirror, ensure privacy and the highest level of comfort. Both showers are walk-in. A makeup mirror, a hair dryer, and a full-length mirror in the closet highlight the thoughtfully designed amenities. The private sauna, available exclusively for your use, ensures relaxation at the highest level.
Throughout the house, reliable heating and privacy screens on all windows ensure a cosy and undisturbed atmosphere. A second flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, a washing machine for your personal use, a clothes drying rack, and a vacuum cleaner round out the comprehensive technical amenities. Your safety is ensured by installed smoke detectors.

The prime location is a unique selling point of the “Küstenperle.” The open sea is just a pleasant 500-meter walk away.
