Located in a quiet area on the edge of Lauenstein, the "FeWo Waldblick" apartment offers 107 sqm of space for up to 4 guests. Situated on the first floor, you will be the sole occupants of the house. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a bathtub, and an additional bathroom with a shower on the ground floor. The fully equipped kitchen includes an air fryer, and there is an electric grill for use in the kitchen or on the terrace. Amenities include a large smart TV, Wi-Fi is available, heating in all rooms, self check-in, and a barrier-free interior. The apartment offers plenty of storage space throughout. This is a non-smoking apartment, but smoking is allowed on the terrace. All windows have shutters for blackout and heat protection.



Outside, you can enjoy a private, partially covered south-facing balcony of 35 sqm. The large natural garden with a small stream is home to a variety of wildlife.



There are 2 parking spaces in front of the house. Please note: the driveway is less suitable for lowered vehicles. Additional street parking is available. A bicycle storage room is provided. Events are not permitted on the property. Quiet hours in and around the house are from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

The house is charming and in a beautiful forest location. Very quiet. The hosts were charming and very helpful. Our late arrival to the property on a Saturday night was no obstacle and they kindly left the key for us and groceries (arranged in advance of our arrival) which was extremely helpful. The house is spacious and comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils etc. The terrace is lovely and overlooks the garden. Unfortunately my husband lost his passport on the journey home and the hosts tried to help by searching for it in the house (with no luck) and would even have been prepared to drive with it to the airport, had they found it. Delightful hosts and house. The decor is a little dated but it was all very clean and perfect for our few days stay in the area.

Wir waren vom 09.09.26 bis 13.09.26 in der Fewo. 5 Sterne sind eigentlich zu wenig, wir waren total begeistert. Obwohl die Ausstattung auf den Bildern rustikal wirkt, ist alles hell und freundlich. Die Ausstattung insgesamt ist so umfangreich, insbesondere in der Küche, dass man sich wie zuhause fühlt.Auf der teilweise überdachten großen Terrasse sitzt man selbst bei Regen sehr schön. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und verabschiedet. Während des Aufenthaltes wurden wir richtig verwöhnt mit Kaffee, Trauben aus dem Garten und einer zusätzlichen Kuscheldecke.Unser Fazit: Die beste Fewo bislang, groß genug für 4 Personen. Schöne ruhige Lage und klasse Gastgeber. Danke schön, wir kommen gerne wieder und können diese Fewo nur empfehlen. Christian Gunga und Bärbel von Ameln-Gunga
