The ground floor includes a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer), one bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom (walk-in shower) with toilet. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with three single beds and a pull-out bed, a spacious lounge (with a sofa bed for two), a mezzanine, a shower room, and a separate toilet. The cottage is semi-detached with another gîte but is fully independent.
Nearby activities: Morvan lakes (Settons 23 km, Pannecière 12 km), Nivernais Canal (24 km), hiking, mountain biking, museums (1.5 km), Bibracte site (24 km). Burgundy wine route is 70-80 km away. Non-smoking property. Bed linen is provided and cleaning is included.
