Welcome to the Försterhaus at Schlossgut Franken in Redwitz an der Rodach—a lovingly restored half-timbered house with historic charm and plenty of space for the whole family. This spacious holiday home offers a cosy atmosphere with lovingly furnished rooms and is ideal for relaxing days in a peaceful setting. The living area, complete with a flat-screen TV and comfortable seating, invites you to relax, while the well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher provides everything you need for self-catering. A wood-burning stove in the dining room provides additional cosy warmth in the winter. The ground floor also features one bedroom with a double bed and another with a single bed, as well as a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet. On the ground floor, a cosy reading nook invites you to browse through a book. A bedroom with a double bed and a single bed in an alcove is ideal for a small family. A fourth bedroom, featuring a double bed, accommodates two additional guests. Our forester’s house thus provides comfortable accommodation for up to 8 people. Free Wi-Fi, a garden with barbecue facilities, and a private parking space are also available to you. Towels and bed linens are included. For small errands, our free bread-delivery bikes are at your disposal—simply scan the QR code and ride conveniently to the bakery. A stay at Schlossgut Franken combines relaxation, nature, and warmth into an unforgettable experience. Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Check-out is available between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Private sauna (2 hours): 50 EUR, including a dressing gown and towels. 1 free basket of firewood; each additional basket: 10 EUR. Early check-in and late check-out are available subject to availability. We charge a surcharge of 40 EUR for each of these options. Early check-in: 40 EUR Late check-out: 40 EUR Please contact us before your arrival so we can check availability. 2 pets are allowed for a fee of 12 EUR per pet per night. A cot can be provided upon request for a fee of 15 EUR per night. For a third person in the cot, we charge 15 EUR per night; in addition, there is a one-time setup fee of 25 EUR for the cot.
