Cozy vacation rental (55 square meters), ideal for families on a farm

The "Garten" holiday rental offers plenty of space for up to 4 people in its approximately 55 m² and is particularly well-suited for families with children as well as guests who would like to bring their dog. The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and a separate children’s room with a bunk bed. The cosy living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle, as well as a dining table with a corner bench and chairs, a sofa, a recliner, and a TV. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Guests have direct access from the apartment to the fenced-in garden terrace with seating. The Fingermühl holiday farm is situated in a quiet, secluded location, surrounded by meadows and forests, at an elevation of 570 metres in the Eastern Bavarian Forest. The child-friendly farm offers ideal conditions for a relaxing family holiday surrounded by nature. On this fully operational farm, young and old alike can experience country life up close: guests can visit cows, calves, a pony, a horse, rabbits, ducks, chickens, and cats, and help with daily barn chores. A spacious lounge with table tennis, billiards, foosball, darts, an open fireplace, and a toddler’s corner ensures entertainment even when the weather is bad. Outside, a sunbathing lawn, a barbecue area, plenty of seating, and a large playground with a trampoline, swing, sandpit, carousel, seesaw, giant tire swing, and forest playhouse invite you to linger. A historic mill, a small sawmill, and the farm chapel add to the family farm’s charm. The surrounding area offers numerous hiking and biking trails as well as a variety of excursion destinations such as Falkenstein Castle, the Churpfalzpark children’s amusement park, the WaldWipfelWeg & Sankt Englmar summer toboggan run, or the UNESCO World Heritage city of Regensburg. The holiday farm is ideal for families and groups, nature lovers, and anyone looking to spend an authentic farm holiday. Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Check-out is available between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on site. Tourist tax: none. Horseback riding costs 10 euros per hour. One pet is allowed for a fee of 6 euros per pet per night. A baby cot can be provided free of charge upon request.
