Studios Les Iris - Gîte Bellevue welcomes you to Monthou-sur-Cher, perfect for up to 8 guests. Located in the attic, the accommodation offers 1 bedroom, 2 separate windowless alcoves, 1 bathroom, and a shower area in the main bedroom. You’ll enjoy a private entrance and a total space of 80 m². The fully equipped kitchen includes a filter coffee maker and an espresso machine. Amenities feature Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a TV, video on demand, a fan, a dedicated workspace, and access to a shared washing machine. The layout is all on one level for easy access. Families with children will appreciate a baby bed, high chair, and shared toys and books. Self check-in makes your arrival simple.



Relax on your private, uncovered wooden terrace with views over the valley. A shared garden and barbecue are also available for outdoor meals and relaxation.



Our property includes 4 rentals: Hortensia studio for 2 guests, St Martin for 2 guests, Tilleul for 3 guests, and Gîte Bellevue for 8 guests. You can contact the owner through the booking platform to rent multiple units.



A shared parking space is available on site. One pet is allowed, for an extra fee. Parties are not permitted.



The gîte is ideally located near the most famous Loire Valley castles, including Chenonceau, Amboise, and Cheverny. The renowned Beauval Zoo is also easily accessible, making this property an excellent base for exploring the region.
