Cozy vacation rental with a balcony and garden

This cosy, well-furnished holiday rental accommodates one to two people and features two lovingly decorated rooms. One bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) placed side by side with different mattress firmness levels and a blackout curtain, as well as a desk with a selection of books. A wardrobe and a clothes rack with hangers. A reading lamp by each bed, a ceiling lamp, and a floor lamp. Pleated blinds on all windows in the holiday rental. In the living area, a mini-kitchenette allows for self-catering. Oven, two hob burners, electric kettle, filter coffee maker, pod coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, numerous kitchen utensils as well as dishes and glasses, dining area, and a seating area with a couch (sofa bed). Ceiling light, three floor lamps. From here, you have direct access to the garden, which features a small seating area, a designated smoking area, and comfortable loungers for relaxing. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Hair dryer, makeup mirror, liquid soap, and plenty of hand and bath towels. FFP2 masks, disposable gloves, and hand sanitiser. Small entryway with a coat rack, large mirror, and shoe rack. Outdoor seating area facing east (morning sun) and west (evening sun). Table tennis / indoor play available. Free Wi-Fi and a smart TV are available. An information folder contains important emergency numbers, our terms and conditions, house rules, instructions for using appliances, tips for grocery shopping and dining out, information on bike paths and bike rentals, hiking trails, and the tourist attractions of our Rhön Nature Park. Between two rentals, we schedule a so-called “cleaning day.” This involves thoroughly airing out and cleaning the holiday rental. Our hygiene protocol serves as a quality guideline. We’ll welcome you in person upon your arrival. In exceptional cases, access is also possible via a key safe. You’re welcome to ask any questions you may have, and upon request, we’ll provide you with a variety of drinks. Welcome to Bad Brückenau! This cosy holiday rental is situated on a quiet south-facing slope right at the edge of the forest in the Rhön Biosphere Reserve and offers a magnificent view of the Schwarzen Berge. The town centre and restaurants are within easy walking distance, and the Malteser Clinic von Weckbecker is within sight. The historic Staatsbad, with its healing springs and clinics, is only 3 km away. Numerous hiking and biking trails invite you to discover the beautiful Rhön landscape and enjoy nature. The deposit is 20% of the room rate. Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on site. The visitor’s tax is 2.50 euros per person per day. 2.20 euros for a third person. Children under 18 and business travellers are exempt. Seminar guests pay 1.40 euros. Key pickup and check-in generally take place in person. In exceptional cases, the key may also be left in a safe. Pets are not allowed. A cot can be provided free of charge upon request.
