Come spend your summer holidays in Cannes in a large house of 105 m2 fully renovated with great benefits.

In a closed residence, large house 4 rooms (3 bedrooms, large living room) new with 1 floor overlooking the garden, comfortable, great for 6 to 8 people 5 minutes from beaches (2. 100 km).

Completely redone: ecological renovation (super insulation in wood fibers, sound insulation between rooms ...). Fully equipped (dishes, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, internet, gas central heating and pellet stove ...).

Ideal for 6 to 8 people; Sleeping:
- in the main room: sofa bed (140cm)
- in the 2 bedrooms of the 1st floor: 2 beds 160cm in the mezzanines (inadequate for young children or people with reduced mobility), small sofa bed for troubleshooting in the gray room and possibility of providing a futon mattress 1 place.
In the parental suite of the rez of putting on, 2 beds of 90 * 200cm and a nice bathroom with a hammam.

Garden available with garden furniture and barbecue. No problem to park with the parking of the residence.

Electricity consumption surcharge.

For shopping, there is a Carrefour contact out of the residence (200 m).
We are 2 km from the center of Cannes la Bocca where you will find a daily market and a Casino and Intermarché.
We are also 2 km from the commercial area Tourrades where you will find all the shops you need (Carrefour Market, Kiabi, Darty, Ubaldi, Decathlon, Casino, Intermarché ...).

Ma famille et moi avons passé un agréable séjour. La maison est calme spacieuse, propre et très proche de la plage. Nous avons eu l honneur de goûter aux délicieux raisins du jardin. A 5 mins à pieds de la gare et 2min de l arrêt bus. Les centre commerciaux et centre ville sont facilement accessible. Les propriétaires sont très aimable et présent. Je recommanderai à coup sûre ce logement . Merci encore à vous. A bientôt

Très confortable, chaleureuse et au calme

Quel séjour reposant ! La maison est chaleureuse et confortable notamment grâce à la chaleur et la flamme du poêle. De plus, les chambres étant bien insonorisées, on peut dormir tôt le soir ou tard le matin sans être dérangé par ceux qui sont debouts. Elle est aussi très bien équipée et la cuisine est très conviviale pour cuisiner à plusieurs. Le hammam est vraiment un plus pour se détendre et se réchauffer. Les propriétaires et les enfants sont sympathiques et accueillants. A recommander. Merci pour cet agréable séjour.

Un séjour de rêve!!!

Nous sommes plus que ravie de notre séjour . L'accueil des propriétaires a été très chaleureux. Quel plaisir d'arriver dans une location aussi bien entretenue. Moi qui suis très maniaque j'ai été contente de la propreté de cet appartement. L'endroit est calme et nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse jusque tard le soir. De plus les plages sont à quelques minutes en voiture. C'était juste PARFAIT !!!!! J'en ai parlé à des amis et ils vont très bientôt réserver à leur tour! Quand à nous , nous comptons bien y retourner au printemps. J'ai hâte!!!

Location bien propre, bie...

Location bien propre, bien équipée, propriétaires et enfants très gentils. Magasins à proximité mais il faut un véhicule pour aller à la mer, c'est un peu loin pour avoir des plages agréables. Mais on a passé des vacances reposantes.
