Château de Villers – Loft en Champagne

Located in the former stables of Château de Villers, in the heart of the Argonne forest, the Loft en Champagne welcomes you to a flexible space that can accommodate up to 11 guests (more places possible by booking other wings of the estate).



Layout:



Ground floor: entrance hall with foosball table and space for bikes. Direct step-free access to a private, tree-lined garden.



Fox Hunting Lounge: living room with balcony, board games, mini ping-pong, double bed, sofa bed, single bed, and second bathroom.



Japanese Room: double tatami bed, kids’ video area, dining table.



Main Loft Area: kitchen with island for eight, TV/DVD lounge, bedroom with double bed and balcony, bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom, and laundry room.



New Loft-Studio: independent or connecting space with private entrance, twin beds, sofa bed, child’s bed, equipped kitchen, bathroom, and lounge area.



Terrace: outdoor space overlooking the park.



The estate offers an orchard, children’s playground, picnic area, ping-pong room, 12 bicycles (available for an extra fee), and horse stalls. You have a private barbecue, Wi-Fi, step-free indoor and outdoor access, baby bed and high chair (on request), 2 garage parking spaces and 5 outdoor spaces. One pet is allowed (for an extra fee). Please note that events are not permitted.



Practical info: cleaning fee and linens are not included but are available for an extra fee, payable on site. Events are not allowed on the property.
