Annonce partiellement erronée

Si effectivement, le gĂźte est idĂ©alement placĂ©, comme indiquĂ© dans l’annonce, celle-ci et la photo sont trompeuses.. Il manque en effet des prĂ©cisions sur des points que nous trouvons importants. PremiĂšrement si vous venez avec des petits-enfants, sachez qu’il n’y a pas de portail et la route passe Ă  cĂŽtĂ©. Le jardin n’est donc pas complĂštement clos. de plus, il y a 1 Airbnb appartenant aux propriĂ©taires derriĂšre le gĂźte, ce qui bien Ă©videmment, engendre du passage de voiture dans l’allĂ©e de la Proprietaire . vous ne disposez pas de la LongĂšres entiĂšrement, car les propriĂ©taires habitent une partie de celle-ci, juste sĂ©parĂ©e par une porte. dernier point comme il n’est pas stipulĂ© dans l’annonce. La troisiĂšme chambre n’est pas contiguĂ« de votre gĂźte. Il faut passer par l’extĂ©rieur. ce n’est pas grave, mais c’est bien de le dire avant. nous avons cependant passĂ© un sĂ©jour agrĂ©able . Sinon, Kervoyal est un village agrĂ©able, les plages sont familiales, parfait pour des enfants en bas Ăąge

Erholungsurlaub in der sĂŒdlichen Bretagne

Das Haus mit großem, schönem Garten befindet sich in einem kleinen, sĂŒĂŸen Ort ganz nah an einer Bucht und nicht weit zu Fuß vom Atlantik entfernt. Das Klima ist sehr mild, die Landschaft wunderschön und die HĂ€user voller Charme. Die Leute dort sind sehr entspannt. Unsere Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat sich ansonsten sehr im Hintergrund gehalten. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

Wunderbares und charmantes bretonnisches Bauernhaus

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und den Aufenthalt im Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt sehr abgeschirmt und dadurch ruhig; man hat eine große GrĂŒnflĂ€che mit LiegestĂŒhlen etc. zur alleinigen VerfĂŒgung. Die Vermieter sind sehr diskret und das Dorf ist sehr charmant. Es gibt alles was man braucht: Eine Boulangerie, eine CrĂȘperie und ein Restaurant in FußnĂ€he, das Meer ohnehin. Man kann also das Auto getrost stehen lassen. Ein wunderbarer Ort zur Erholung!

TrĂšs bel endroit, un extĂ©rieur Ă  la hauteur des photos et des attentes : vaste, verdoyant et ombragĂ©, bon Ă©quipement salon chaises longues, balançoire...IntĂ©rieur spacieux, bien amĂ©nagĂ© en cuisine, des Ă©quipements qui font encore leur travail malgrĂ© un long usage. Un oĂč nous pourrions revenir.

Idéal pour des vacances familiales

Belle maison fonctionnelle et bien entretenue. Le jardin est un régal pour les enfants qui ont de l'espace pour jouer. Les propriétaires (habitant dans une partie de la maison) sont trÚs discrets et disponibles si besoin. Kervoyal est un petit village trÚs charmant avec quelques commerces et restaurants de qualité ce qui nous évite de prendre la voiture : trÚs appréciable ! La mer à portée de pieds et un environnement familial font de cette maison un endroit idéal pour des vacances en famille !

Description mensongĂšre !

Les moins : - Accueil particulier ; Ă  peine arrivĂ©s on nous demande de bien vouloir quitter les lieux avant 9h30 Ă  la fin de la location 14 jours plus tard ! - Savoir que, contrairement au descriptif et aux photos, la moitiĂ© de la maison est occupĂ©e par les propriĂ©taires (avec leur accĂšs direct au jardin -porte de droite sur les photos-) - Jardin grand ouvert sur le passage commun aux autres locations, reste de la maison et voisinage : intimitĂ© nulle. Il faut accepter d'ĂȘtre observĂ©s lors des nombreux passages de riverains. Par ailleurs, il n'est pas privĂ© et nous avons eu les visites rĂ©guliĂšres sans prĂ©venir des propriĂ©taires (arrosage -se faire rĂ©veiller Ă  8h30 par l'arrosage d'un laurier sous ses fenĂȘtres, ça agace !-, nettoyage des poubelles communes, dĂ©pĂŽt de compost ...) - Machine Ă  laver Ă  partager avec d'autres utilisateurs et situĂ©e dans le lieu de vie des propriĂ©taires. - Micro-ondes pas utilisĂ© puisque situĂ© hors de la cuisine dans l'annexe accessible uniquement par l'extĂ©rieur. - PrĂ©voir d'emporter un poĂȘle correcte ! - Ne comptez par regarder la tĂ©lĂ©vision (rĂ©ception quasi impossible) - Internet ??? Les plus : - intĂ©rieur correct. - plages (Ă  plus de 100 m ou alors 100 m marseillais !!!) trĂšs sympas ! - cadre de Kervoyal agrĂ©able (promenades, plages, pĂȘche, pĂȘche Ă  pied -beaucoup de crevettes !-) - Restaurant Trymaran II trĂšs apprĂ©ciable ! Conclusion : Si on avait eu envie de passer des vacances avec des inconnus et partager leur espace, on aurait louĂ© au camping. SĂ©jour Ă©courtĂ© de ce fait, ce n'est pas notre conception des vacances et c'est la premiĂšre fois depuis une quinzaine d'annĂ©es de location avec des particuliers sans aucun souci que nous voyons ça !! Déçus surtout de s'ĂȘtre fait trompĂ©s par l'annonce et nous nous sommes demandĂ©s dans quelle mesure cette non honnĂȘtetĂ© Ă©tait lĂ©gale !

Un endroit parfait pour se reposer

Bonjour, L'endroit est trĂšs accueillant, le jardin trĂšs agrĂ©able et les propriĂ©taires trĂšs avenant. Nous avions oubliĂ© un matelas d'un lit bĂ©bĂ© et nous avons Ă©tĂ© dĂ©pannĂ© sur place. Idem pour les bonnes idĂ©es de pĂȘche Ă  la coque ou des cours de voile, nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien conseillĂ©. Nous recommandons cette location. Cdt Dominik

Idéal Vacances en famille a 2 pas de la PLAGE

Location trĂšs agrĂ©able. Accueil sympathique des propriĂ©taires. IdĂ©al pour des vacances en famille (nous Ă©tions 9) sans se marcher dessus grĂące aux 2 parties indĂ©pendantes. La plage est Ă  deux pas. PĂȘche a la ligne et Ă  pied Ă©galement. A recommander.
