Willkommen in unserer modernen und barrierefreien 60‑m²‑Erdgeschosswohnung in Kemating 32, Roitham am Traunfall!

Die Unterkunft bietet bis zu 6 Schlafplätze, einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Schwimmteich, direkten Zugang zum Garten sowie eine offene Wohnküche mit großem Essbereich.

Die Lage ist ruhig, naturnah und ideal für Familien, Pendler oder Gäste, die Erholung und Komfort suchen.



Der Raum

Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa sowie ein Badezimmer. Highspeed-WLAN für Videoanrufe, ein Fernseher mit Video-on-Demand, ein dedizierter Arbeitsplatz und eine Waschmaschine stehen dir zur Verfügung. Für Familien mit Kleinkindern sind ein Babybett und ein Hochstuhl vorhanden. Die voll ausgestattete Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Draußen kannst du den Grill, die Außendusche und die Terrasse nutzen.



Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt am Rand des Salzkammerguts, mitten im Seen‑ und Naturgebiet, jedoch außerhalb des Dorfzentrums in ruhiger, ländlicher Umgebung. Trotz der idyllischen Lage bist du hervorragend angebunden: die Autobahnauffahrt ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt, sodass Ausflüge in alle Richtungen schnell erreichbar sind. Für Naturliebhaber gibt es einen schönen Waldweg zum Joggen und Spazieren, und ein Reiterhof ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt.



Gemäß den örtlichen Bestimmungen wird eine Ortstaxe pro Person und Nacht erhoben. Diese ist nicht im Übernachtungspreis enthalten und muss separat vor Ort bezahlt werden.



Zugang für Gäste

Die gesamte Wohnung steht dir zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Den Garten teilst du dir mit den Gastgebern. Der Check-in erfolgt per Self-Check-in.
