The property was very comfortable and the kitchen was excellent. We especially loved the location of the property in its proximity to fast water and the a short walk to the park and pickleball courts. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the paddle boards and pool table. The owner was also very kind and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely come back.

We had a fantastic stay. The house is pet-friendly and was very clean. Boat slip was easy to dock into and we had a blast fishing from the dock. the AC kept the home at a comfortable temperature. Brian was super responsive to any message I sent, he is a great host. We consider staying here again if we come back to the area.

Brian's place was perfect for our family vacay! We had everything we needed and the kids had a blast! We were minutes to fast water but tucked in a cul-de-sac bay where we could all paddle board, swim, and hang out. Can't wait to go back.

Discovery Bay Summer Vacation House

Had another great vacation at Brians DB home. Nice modern remodeled home with Sonos music in every room, pool table, ping pong table and best of all minutes to fast water.

Great Delta house! 5 min to fast water and the cove is clean without much seaweed. Modern and well stocked with everything you need. Sonos sound throughout worked great. Owner was a quick communicator and easy rental process. Can’t wait to go back.

great spot for Disco bay getaway

very nice house and the proximity to the fast water is a big plus. There were some cleaning issues when we first showed up but the owner was super responsive and helped us get things sorted out. our kids loved the pool table and ping pong!

Family fun house

Our family had the best time here, even our dog. The location and views can’t be beat. The house had everything we needed and the AC kept up well in the heat. Loved being able to keep our boat on the dock, and fishing here was the best!!! Thank you Brian for such a great host. We’ll definitely come back here for another trip to the delta.

Great rental & great location

Another great stay at Brian's rental. You really can't beat this location! Great for the kids to fish and hang out, super close to marina and fast water, and everything you need for your stay. We had some wifi issues but Brian and his son were super responsive and went above and beyond to remedy immediately. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Good location for boating

House is great except for couldn't give kids bath because you couldn't turn water on in bathroom and spiders was all over outside furniture couldn't sit down at chairs and table
