Architect designed with lots of natural wood, glass and cathedral ceilings, the house is large enough to easily accommodate extended or multiple families. Two living wings are connected by a breezeway and offer plenty of space and privacy. One wing has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, kitchen, dining area (seats 8-10 comfortably) and living room with fireplace. This section is not heated. A newer addition (heated) features a large family room with fireplace, kitchenette, and two more bedrooms and 2 full baths. Multiple decks and patios (with lots of furniture and a grill) add lots of private and shady outdoor space. Mink Meadows affords access to a gorgeous stretch of beach, great for swimming and fishing. Golf is also just around the corner. Just over a mile from town, the location is quiet, yet convenient to ferry, shops and restaurants.
