Old Farm Cottage Rentals

Gites in an old renovated Vosges farm in Fraize in the heart of the pearl of the Vosges. 15 minutes from Gérardmer and 40 minutes from Alsace Colmar for its Christmas markets. Gites with a capacity of 4 to 6 people 60 m2, all comfort, equipped kitchen, separate bedrooms, dining area. Garden with bbq, garden furniture, deckchairs, parking. Closed room for bikes, skis. Close to all shops, doctors. Animals accepted after prior request. Holiday checks accepted. a deposit of 300 euros will be requested upon arrival.

L'hôte est très accueillante, disponible et flexible sur les horaires, c'est très appréciable.Cependant, ne pas se fier aux photos car il y a plusieurs logements on ne tombe pas forcément sur celui ci.Le gros point négatif est le chauffage, nous avons eu très froid. Attention il est à payer en plus !! et dont les radiateurs sont d'anciennes générations qui ne chauffent pas et consomment énormément, et certains ne fonctionnent pas... Il est nécessaire de les changer

Arrivée OKCuisine OK accessoires de cuisine en suffisance.Chambre, pour mon époux et moi les oreillers pas trop confortables bruit de plastiqueaccès laverie très bien;pas d'accès wifi. Il faudrait prévenir les locataires de ne pas s'encombrer de l'ordinateur portable.accès terrasse super Mobilier extérieur OKEndroit calme. Angenehmer ruhiger Aufenthalt

erster Kontakt:Ehrlich gesagt gestaltete sich die erste Kommunikation bei jemandem der kein französisch kann schwierig, da die Vermieterin nicht wie gewohnt per App oder Email schrieb sondern anrief und wir uns beide so gar nicht verstanden haben. Daher bei der Nachricht zur Buchung lieber mit angeben, falls es dem nächsten genau wie mir geht. Als wir dann per Nachricht geschrieben haben und vor Ort mit Google Übersetzter war alles kein Problem.Anreise: Die Unterkunft war gut erreichbar, nachdem wir die Hausnummer wussten, die bei FeWo nicht steht (Nr. 11). Unterkunft und Parkplatz sahen wie auf dem Bild aus. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Lage:Ruhig und gut Erreichbar. Die angegebene Lage direkt am See, Fluss gibt es nicht, hier sollte das Onlineprofil angepasst werden.Unterkunft und Aufenthalt:Im Gebäude gibt es mehrere Einheiten, die vermietet werden und man weis nicht welche genau es wird, wodurch die Fotos auch nicht genau passen, aber einen guten Eindruck vom Internier liefern. Es war alles vorhanden was gebraucht wurde.Hinweis am Rande: der Fernseher empfängt nur französisches Programm. Daher habe ich mir mit mitgebrachtem Amazon Prime Stick und Hotspot vom Handy beholfen.Bei uns war das Außenrolle kaputt und kein dunkler Vorhang, wodurch es teilweise sehr warm war und geblendet hat. Ein dunkler Vorhang wäre alternativ top.Alles in allem ruhig, entspannt mit netter hilfsbereiter Vermieterin. Onlineauftritt bitte anpassen.

Non respect de l'appartement retenu

Mon épouse ayant des séquelles de poliomyélite et ayant dépassé 75 ans le premier critère de notre location a été un RDC et nous avons été remisé dans un appartement avec chambre, salle de bains et WC à l'étage !!!!!!!!!!!!! Abritel devrait s'assurer que ses adhérents respectent leurs engagements.

Ferienwohnung war eine gut Erfahrung, sehr sauber und ausreichend Platz für vier Personen, sehr ruhig. Haus charmant. Sehr gute Lage, um die Vogesen und das Elsass zu erkunden! Trotz Regen war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Belle semaine passée malgré le mauvais temps. Gîte très bien situé, très propre, fonctionnel et confortable. Au bord d'une petite route avec peu de passage de véhicule, coin tranquille. Propriétaires sympathiques et agréables. Le gîte est proche des commerces (boulangeries, boucheries, fleuristes, carrefour, restaurants, pizzeria...) et confiserie sur la commune d'à côté. Beaucoup de sentiers pour faire de la randonnée, du VTT... Beau séjour, nous y retournerons !

Nette und preislich angemessene Unterkunft

Das Haus verfügt über mehrere Wohnungen, wir waren im mittleren Teil untergebracht (die mit dem bogenförmigen Fenster; die Fotos mit den Betten gehören zu dieser Wohnung, die des Wohn-/Essbeteichs und das Foto der Terrasse mit Sonnenschirm nicht). Nette Vermieterin, ruhige Lage und guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Elektrizität wird extra berechnet (das sollte man bei einem Aufenthalt während der Heizperiode beachten, da die Heizung elektrisch ist). Alles in allem zu empfehlen.
