Welcome to Surfside Beach. The community feel on the beach is noticed by the absence of high-rise buildings which equates to less crowds and more tranquil relaxation.
Our condo is clean and just painted through out, it says beach vacation everywhere. It has an OVERSIZED balcony with the best sunrises and beautiful afternoon skies.
The master bedroom has a queen microfiber bed, wall mounted HDTV/DVD, new hardwood floors, ceiling fan and a private bath. The master also has a sliding glass door that leads to an over sized balcony where the sound of the waves will lull you to sleep each night after a fun fill day in the sun and water!
The second bedroom has two twin beds, wall mounted TV/DVD and a ceiling fan. The second bath like the master has a full tub/shower. Pillows, blankets and comforters are provided. (linens may be included if needed)
The dining room and family room are open with ocean front views from the dining table, sofa and family room chairs. The kitchen is equipped with electric appliances; the stove, dishwasher and microwave . The dining table seats 6 comfortably to make your seafood dinner a deliciously pleasant event.
The double balcony has the best 1st floor views on Surfside Beach. Looking north, Myrtle Beach appears to be within walking distance. Look to the south to see Surfside Pier which is actually just a mile down the beach. Within site of the pier you will find River City Cafe, Bubba's Seafood, Scotty's Pub, a tee shirt and ice cream shop.
There are assigned parking spaces with limited spaces: No trailers, boats or carts are allowed. Our HOA restrictions does not allow student groups and pets are not allowed. Any violators are subject to eviction.
There is two sets of 6 steps to get to the unit, we are not considered handicap accessable.
The condo's private pool is well maintained, the pool deck has recently been refurbished and we have new chairs . The private walkway to the beach has a nice bench to sit, relax and enjoy the views without getting your feet in the sand if prefer.
The beautiful beach is just steps away, awaiting you to soak up the sun, fun and make awesome vacation memories. We hope to hear from you and will be glad to help with any questions you may have. It's a great day to be at the beach!
