1-bedroom in a small building. South facing terrace with table for 4, 4 chairs and 2 deck chairs, beautiful view of the Esterel and the Lérins islands. Large living room with fully-equipped kitchenette, TV, internet (wifi), sofa bed for 2. Bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Bedroom with 2 80 cm-wide beds. Cupboards.
Ideal location for both conferences and other major events in Cannes, close of the Palais des Festivals, and for the holidays (beach on the other side of the street, the historic Suquet district, and rue d'Antibes for shopping, are within walking distance ).

Please note that from June to September, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday and for entire weeks only.

We very much appreciated the excellant location and the all new kitchen appliances. A minor issue with my electronics was quickly taken care of by Olivier. First rate service.The apartment is compact, but fullfills all your needs for a stay. Great place for photos of crashing waves!

Un gioiello sulla spiaggia

L’appartamento è in una posizione stupenda fronte mare, ma vicinissimo al centro. La grande vetrata della zona living mostra una cartolina della baia che ti cattura fin dal primo sguardo. Il terrazzino è abbastanza grande da pranzarci e viverlo appieno con cene e aperitivi, rimirando il mare. La casa è pulita, moderna e dispone di ogni confort. Il professionista che ci ha accolto gentile e amichevole. Da tornare prima possibile.

Studio remarquablement situé et équipé. Vue magnifique. Emplacement idéal pour la plage et la baignade, pour les îles de Lerins, pour le marché, pour le vieux Cannes et même la Croisette. Tout le nécessaire est là. Rien à apporter. Les propriétaires ont veillé à offrir tout le confort et décoré avec goût et sobriété cet espace qui peut accueillir un couple et 2 enfants. Merci à eux. Great Terrace

This is a serviceable flat with a nice terrace overlooking the Bay of Cannes and the "Muscle Beach" area of the promenade. The hosts were helpful and friendly, & the place was immaculate. Its Old Town & Port location is funky & fun, not fancy à la Croisette.

perfect location. close to the sea

we felt very well in this apartment. The small Apartment is perfect located, close to the sea and the beach. from the terrace you have a wonderful view over the sea. You have Restaurants and Bars within walking distance. Catherine and Oliver are very helpful friendly. We had a problem with the air conditioner, and they helped very fast. You can contact them, whenever you have questions. We will stay again in future in this apartment.

Une vue imprenable sur la baie et un emplacement central

Face à la baie, à l'abri sur la terrasse, on peut profiter du lever de soleil tout en prenant le petit-déjeuner. L'appartement bien équipé et moderne, a contribué à la réussite du séjour. Bien qu'il surplombe le boulevard il reste isolé du bruit (on peut même entendre le bruit des vagues depuis le lit). La plage est à 10 mètres pour le bain de mer. La ville, le port, les restaurants, les bars et l'animation sont tout proches à pied. Les propriétaires accueillent chaleureusement et sont toujours disponibles.
