Beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath home located on flat, sunny lot close to the shores of the Columbia River. This amazing home will sleep 8 - 10 people comfortably. This home features a huge back yard with hot tub and outdoor grill. There is a large bonus/rec room with queen bed and extra mattresses. The kitchen is absolutely wonderful loaded with every amenity. This property has direct access to the Columbia River for every water activity imaginable. This home is less than 10 minutes from the Gorge Amphitheater. Great property for an extended vacation or a long concert weekend.

Fantastic gorge getaway!

We had the best time staying here with our close friends while coming out to the gorge for a concert weekend. The house had everything we could have ever needed and so much space for us to all stay comfortably. Thank you for a fantastic stay!!

Family River Time

We had a great stay at your SunLand home. What a beautiful place to enjoy the water. We brought a ski boat and were on the river towing, playing, and enjoying the beach. The house is great and has absolutely everything we could have wanted. The patio, yard and hot tub are great for unwinding and have beautiful views. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet. We would happily stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend this rental.

Fabulous Place

This place is AWESOME, pictures don’t do it justice. The place has all the amenities you need with quick access to the water and park! Nicely spaced backyard to play corn hole or whatever yard games you want! I would highly recommend getting a group of friends and staying here for a fun trip!

Sunland weekend

This was a great place for our family to spend a weekend together enjoying the sunshine and water. The house was very nice and even better that the listing showed. We had plenty of room for all ages. The house met all our needs and exceeded expectations! We’d be happy to stay here again.

Great spot for those headed to the Gorge

The property and it's location could not be more perfect for concert attendees. There is a shuttle that will pick you up and drive you to the Gorge. The house is well appointed and the host tremendously responsive to requests.

Close to the Gorge

Beautiful and clean home with plenty amenities, and just a short drive from the Gorge Amphitheater! The home is well stocked with everything you need and the owner is easy to communicate with.

Concert getaway

Our stay in Sunland Estates was AMAZING!!! The house was everything we expected and more. The property was clean and well stocked. Being able to walk down the path to the river/gorge was a highlight to say the least. It's an interesting drive down to the development but once down the hill it's an amazing location! If we ever visit the area again we would stay there.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time staying at this property during our visit to Sunland. The host was incredibly Onceable and helpful with any questions suggestions and recommendations on how to make the most of our stay. The house was very comfortable for our group which had six adults and two children ages two and four. In fact, we probably could have had another family join us because there was so much more room than the pictures suggested. My only criticism is the pictures from the ad are very dated. There is not a big grassy hill for badminton or volleyball as that’s mostly grown over with bush that has not been maintained over the years. The hot tub worked, but it also took an entire day heat up, the unit is older and the cover really needs to be replaced. Beyond that I would definitely stay here again and we had a really wonderful time.

A Piece of Paradise

We had an amazing stay in Sunland Estates. The house is beautiful, clean, and fully stocked with everything you need to have a great time. Lovely and responsive hosts. We left a backpack at the house and they packed it up and mailed it back to Canada for us. Look no further, this is the property you want to stay in!
