Nos Grandes Vacances

We spent a lovely three-week holiday at this villa. It was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean. The pool was wonderful. The garden is very large, and is in keeping with the surrounding landscape. There were lovely shaded areas too. The very large television was ideal for watching the Euro football. The hostess is very friendly. She lives in an adjoining property but is very discreet. The nearby town St. Maximin is about a 10 minute drive away, and lovely for morning coffees.

RenovierungsbedĂŒrftig

Wir hatten das Haus fĂŒr 12 NĂ€chte gebucht. Nach den ersten EindrĂŒcken haben wir unser Besichtigungsprogramm schnell hinter uns gebracht und sind dann 3 NĂ€chte eher abgereist. Insgesamt ist bei uns beiden in diesem Haus keine positive Urlaubsstimmung aufgekommen. Positiv: - Besitzerin freundlich und hilfsbereit. - Heizung hat gut funktioniert. - Idealer Standort fĂŒr AusflĂŒge in die Umgebung. - Schlafzimmer und Bett waren in Ordnung. Aber: - Pool nicht benutzbar, da defekt, dafĂŒr wurden Strom-/Wasserkosten, BettwĂ€sche/HandtĂŒcher erlassen. Pool wurde die ganze Zeit ĂŒber nicht repariert und es standen ein großer Plastikkanister und vier Eimer herum. - Der Gartenbereich, auf den Bildern sehr grĂŒn und blĂŒhend, war in großen Teilen nur nackte, unordentliche Erde. Viele Pflanzen in den Containern waren vertrocknet. Insgesamt ungepflegtes GrundstĂŒck. - Undichter Abfluss im kleinem WC (1.20m x 0.65m). - Sehr alte Badeinrichtung, Duschkabine mit MassagedĂŒsen, die sich nicht ansteuern ließen. Temperatur nicht regulierbar, Einstellknopf nicht drehbar wegen Verkalkung. - Der Weber-Kugelgrill war nicht nutzbar ohne Großreinigung. - Im KĂŒchenbereich wurden GlĂ€ser und Tassen in die SpĂŒlmaschine gesteckt, da sie nicht sehr sauber waren. - Sowohl Tassen, als auch das Besteck waren sehr zusammengewĂŒrfelt. - Wasserkocher waren völlig verkalkt. - Zu Töpfen/Pfannen gab es Deckel, nicht unbedingt zueinander passend. Griffe waren teilweise nur ein Metallrest und eine verrostete Schraube.

Phantastisches Haus fĂŒr Familien

Wir haben diesen Sommer mit zwei Erwachsenen, zwei Kindern (12 und 15) und Hund drei Wochen im Haus von Carole verbracht und sind uns alle einig: Trotz bisher zahlreicher Reisen in unterschiedlichste Ecken der Welt war das unser schönster Urlaub. Zum Haus: Auf 120 qm und 4 Zimmern mit riesiger offener KĂŒche hatte jeder ausreichend Raum um sich auch mal zurĂŒckzuziehen, Betten, Couch und KĂŒchenausstattung waren richtig gut. Alles liebevoll, familientauglich und mit geschmackvoller persönlicher Note eingerichtet. Auch der Garten war großartig, mit ausreichend Schatten, schönen StrĂ€uchern und BĂ€umen, einer tollen Sitzecke, Weber-Holzkohle-Grill, HĂ€ngematte und einem traumhaft großen Pool. Der Garten ist komplett eingezĂ€unt, was uns mit unserem Hund eine sehr entspannte Zeit beschert hat. Ein weiterer Punkt, den wir sehr zu schĂ€tzen wissen ist die Ruhe. Lediglich ein Hahn krĂ€hte morgens, was wir sehr genossen haben, bei geschlossenem Fenster hat man aber auch den nicht gehört. Ansonsten war allein die Stille unendlich wohltuend. Ein Hyper U ist in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen und auch sonst war die Ausgangslage perfekt um sowohl die diversen Highlights an der KĂŒste als auch die zahlreichen traumhaften PlĂ€tze in der PACA-Region zu erreichen. Selten ist uns ein Abschied so schwer gefallen. Wir lieben unser Zuhause sehr, bei diesem Urlaub hĂ€tten wir uns jedoch tatsĂ€chlich gewĂŒnscht, er möge niemals enden.

Grosse déception. Maison non entretenue et sale.

MalgrĂ© les commentaires sur l’annonce nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs déçus. Maison sale, non entretenue: sol collant et sale avec traces, vaisselles sale dans le lave-vaisselle, poussiĂšres, vitres sales, jardin en friche, poubelles non vidĂ©es. Justifications de l’hĂŽte : - Demande de notre part pour une arrivĂ©e plus tĂŽt car enfants de bas Ăąge (arrivĂ©e 16H30 au lieu de 17H00) – malgrĂ© un appel Ă  15h30 pour nous informer que la maison Ă©tait prĂȘte. - Femme de mĂ©nage inhabituelle - DifficultĂ© Ă  trouver des femmes de mĂ©nage dans la rĂ©gion (doit les payer trĂšs cher et au black) - Anciens locataires trĂšs sale. - 120m2 : impossible d’avoir les yeux partout. Aucune excuses ou effort malgrĂ© les 120€ de frais de mĂ©nage (optionnel dans l’annonce mais obligatoire en rĂ©alitĂ©). - Nous avons passĂ© 2h pour nettoyer la maison (l’hĂŽte nous a « gentiment » prĂȘtĂ© son balai bissell pour qu’on puisse faire son mĂ©nage) -Manque rĂ©el de vaisselle. Pas assez de couverts, bols, tasses pour 6 personnes. - PoignĂ©es de portes branlantes, attention Ă  ne pas rester coincĂ© dans la sdb. - Nous avons dĂ» nettoyer les filtres des clims pour qu’elles fonctionnent correctement - Entretien de la piscine Ă  effectuer soit mĂȘme (tests PH, ajout clore et autres produits, nettoyage des filtres etc
) MalgrĂ© notre volontĂ© de garder une piscine propre, nous avons des remarques (pour rappel, nous ne sommes pas pisciniste!) - L’hĂŽte parti en vacances, elle nous a demandĂ© de nourrir son chat.. Aucun merci. - Nous n’avons pas apprĂ©ciĂ© que l’hĂŽte dĂ©place notre linge de l’étendoir pour y dĂ©poser le sien sans nous le demander. HĂŽte sympathique si tout va dans son sens. Se braque trĂšs facilement Ă  la moindre remarque et non ouverte Ă  l’échange. Nous souhaitions juste une compensation ou excuses vue l’état de la maison Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Souvent de mauvaise foi, le confort et la satisfaction de ses hĂŽtes n’est clairement pas sa prioritĂ©. Attention : Le nettoyage, les conso d’élec et eau sont Ă  rĂ©gler Ă  la fin. (Pas clair dans l’annonce) RĂšglement Ă  effectuer en espĂšce ou par chĂšque. (N’ayant pas l’information la sommes de 250€ a Ă©tĂ© ajoutĂ©e Ă  la caution. l’hĂŽte n’a pas apprĂ©ciĂ© car Abritel prend une commission. VĂ©rifiez les index Ă  l’arrivĂ©e, pour ne pas rĂ©gler la conso du «nettoyage» entre 2locataires. Ceux indiquĂ©s sur l’état des lieux prĂ©rempli par l’hĂŽte avant l’arrivĂ©e, correspondent aux index de sortie des locataires prĂ©cĂ©dents. Nous devons donc rĂ©gler une partie de la conso non consommĂ©e. A EVITER

Villa tout confort dans une région magnifique

L’accueil de Carole fut trĂšs agrĂ©able. AprĂšs une visite guidĂ©e de la maison, nous avons pu profiter entiĂšrement de tout l’équipement mis Ă  disposition. Nous n’avons manquĂ© de rien. Des qu’il y avait un problĂšme, Carole Ă©tait lĂ  pour le rĂ©gler. Notre chien Ă©tait avec nous et elle avait tout l’espace nĂ©cessaire dans le jardin pour se dĂ©fouler. Petit conseil : il n’y a pas de porte entre les chambres et le salon, donc n’oubliez pas une cage si votre chien adore ĂȘtre prĂšs de vous et aimerait rentrer dans votre chambre la nuit :) Il peut y avoir quelques rafraĂźchissements de certaines choses mais honnĂȘtement, qualitĂ© /prix, c’était vraiment top ! L’endroit Ă©tait Ă©galement bien situĂ©. A 5-10 min d’un centre commercial et d’une boulangerie ou encore du centre ville. L’endroit est reculĂ© et calme mais prĂšs de nombreuses balades et choses Ă  visiter.

TrÚs agréable séjour

Nous avons passé de trÚs bonnes vacances à St-Maximin. Calme assuré, la villa est trÚs bien située pour visiter la région. La piscine est spacieuse est agréable. Nous avons apprécié la bonne qualité de wifi ce qui est utile quand on a des ado :) Carole, la propriétaire, est trÚs discrÚte et réactive en cas de petits soucis. Nous regrettons juste l'absence d'éclairage à la piscine que Carole va, je pense, régler. Merci.

TrĂšs bien dans l'ensemble

Carole la propriĂ©taire est trĂšs sympathique. Nous Ă©tions dans un calme quasi absolu. La maison Ă  tout les Ă©quipements nĂ©cessaires. Le seul petit bĂ©mol est peut ĂȘtre quelques oublis au niveau du mĂ©nage (les yeux de Carole n'Ă©taient pas passĂ©s partout...). Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour et j'ai adorĂ© m'occuper des chats ayant laissĂ© les miens Ă  la maison.

Unkomplizierte Abwicklung von der Buchung bis zur Abreise. Sehr nette, hilfsbereite und diskrete Vermieterin. Alle Fragen wurden innerhalb kĂŒrzester Zeit beantwortet. Wir fĂŒhlten uns gut betreut! Haus wie in Beschreibung, KĂŒchenausstattung sehr gut, Pool sehr sauber, GrundstĂŒck absolut ruhig. Toilette eher winzig... Garten etwas wild, aber schöne PlĂ€tze zum Entspannen. Leuk verblijf

Bij aankomst werden we warm verwelkomd door de eigenares van het pand. Zij woont in het huis dat gekoppeld is aan het vakantieverblijf. De eigenares is zeer discreet en ten allen tijde beschikbaar voor elke vraag. Het huis is zeker in orde en je hebt allerlei materialen voor handen. Er is ook pas nieuwe isolatie geplaatst geweest, waardoor het overdag niet al te warm is in het huis en je de airco niet steeds nodig hebt. Er is een ruime tuin en een zeer groot en mooi onderhouden zwembad. De verlichting van het zwembad werkte niet toen wij aanwezig waren. Er zijn 4 nieuwe aluminium ligstoelen die zeer gemakkelijk liggen. Bij het zwembad staat een parasol, maar deze is in versleten staat. Verder is het tuinmeubilair in goede staat. We hadden een super fijn verblijf en er zijn verschillende uitstapjes mogelijk in de buurt. Het stadje Saint Maximin la Sainte Baume is ook zeer uitgebreid, alle winkels zijn voor handen en er is op woensdagvoormiddag ook een mooie grote markt met vele standjes. Dank Carole voor het mooie verblijf.

Nettes, grosses Haus mit grossem Pool

Das Haus ist gross und sehr gut ausgestattet, die Betten erwiesen sich als ausgesprochen bequem. In der Vorsaison haben wir die Klimaanlage nicht benutzt, aber im Hochsommer ist sie sicher ideal. Der Pool ist wirklich gross und sehr gepflegt, man konnte prima schwimmen. Der Garten und das Mobiliar am Pool entsprachen nicht den Bildern, die zum Buchungszeitpunkt sichtbar waren. Es waren 4 neue Aluliegen (bequem) vorhanden, jedoch ohne Auflagen, der GrĂŒnanlage hĂ€tte etwas mehr Pflege nicht geschadet. Sehr gut fĂŒr Urlaub mit Hund ist, dass der grosse Garten komplett umzĂ€unt ist. Wir haben einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub verbracht.
