Located in the center of Holualoa and the heart of the Kona Coffee belt, our estate offers guests a unique Hawai’ian experience. Nestled among 4,100 coffee trees and lush tropical gardens, sweeping ocean views are visible throughout of the Estate.

Our Estate features our Inn with 4 guest rooms and 2 suites, 1 stand-alone historic cottage and 1 stand-alone Red Barn. Each accommodation has its own distinct style, yet they all feature comfortable sitting areas, private baths, exquisite design detail, original artwork and luxury amenities. Rental of the estate includes our delicious and healthy, garden-to-table breakfasts, 100% estate Kona coffee and daily housekeeping service. Our events pavilion, Malulani, is the ideal location for Big Island weddings, special events and retreats.

Our open-air floor plan, immaculate gardens and walking trails may entice you to relax and enjoy the warmth of the property yet, the central location of the estate make for easy access to explore the Big Island. Just 10 minutes from Kailua-Kona, the entire Kohala Coast is available for you to explore, or enjoy our local village filled with art galleries and shops.

My husband and I purchased this property because of our love for growing Kona Coffee. At the time of purchase, the property was an operating Inn, which continues today when not reserved for estate rentals with or without events. We are partially retired and do not spend all of our time in Hawaii. We love to travel and have a family home in Tucson, Arizona.

Why they chose this property

With the first foot step onto this property, I fell in love. The land and setting is magical. The sense of serenity and peacefulness is real and has stayed with me throughout the years. I felt a sense of belonging.

What makes this property unique

The driveway to the property will transport you into another time. I have created many intimate seating areas around the property, both inside an out, that lends itself to reading a book, contemplating life or watching the sunset. The whole property encourages one to pause and breath.
