DewDrop Cottage: Walk to the strip! 2 bed 1 bath, sleeps 5

The cottage is within walking distance to Geneva-on-the-Lake and all its attractions. This is a two bedroom cottage.
Bedroom one has a queen bed, small closet.
Bedroom two has a bunk with a full on bottom and single on top.
One bathroom that has custom single tile shower.
Kitchen has shaker cabinets with an island that has granite counter.
We have an eating nook with bench seating surrounded by windows.
Enjoy the small sunroom for relaxing, reading or enjoying each others company.

This property has an outdoor security camera system installed.

This cottage has a sister cottage (listing #507926 Firefly Cottage) on the same parcel that can also be rented out together for bigger groups, or by itself for small groups. Either way we tried to keep them separate from each other so they both have their own outdoor space and privacy if rented alone.

Short drive to State Park Beach, Spire Institute and wineries. Walking distance to GOTL strip and Township Park.


Please Note: The cottage has a supply room that is only accessible to workers. We own several properties in the are and occasionally they will walk over to use this room. They will do their best not to bother you and will not need to access any part of the cottage that you will be renting. If you see a worker and need anything they can help you out as well.

Quick local getaway

We looked to get away from cleveland for a few days. Wanted to enjoy a different area within the state. Great location! Cute little house, very clean. Everything is very close either walking or driving.

Weekend Getaway

Stayed here for a weekend friends trip, we absolutely loved the cottage. It was so easy to check in and such a convenient location to downtown. Very clean, with great amenities such as the outdoor fire pit. Would stay here again!

Cute and Comfortable

My sister and I stayed here for a short visit to the area. The cottage was just the size we needed and was clean and comfortable. It is walking distance to the strip area of Geneva on the Lake. The cottage is updated and we enjoyed our stay.

Anniversary getaway

Loved the location, the fire pit, house was super clean. May want to bring your own board games or cards. We didn't realize the the town closes week after bike week (last weekend) so a lot of places were closed but even with the extra quiet it was great to recharge.

Everything was wonderful The only issue...we were 79years old and were unable to figure out the modern TV controls! We should have brought a grandchild to help us! (And, we didn't come here to watch TV)

The property needs an update. Mattresses need to be replaced. Living room couch needs to be donated to Goodwill. No dishwasher. There was a washer/dryer in the home but was not available to guests.

Great cozy comfortable stay!

Arrived to an adorable cottage located right off of the strip for a nice weekend get away at Geneva On the Lake Ohio. The cottage was very clean, the décor so warm and inviting that my daughter said she wanted to move in. This cottage has central air which was a big change compared to many cottages we have stayed in before. Another thing I like is I can stay for 2 days compared to some that require a longer minimum stay. There are so many things you can do at GOTL, family, romantic get away, or party town...the sky is the limit!!! I will surly be coming back to this town and I will stay in this cottage or any cottage that this company has to offer! Highly recommended by myself and my family. I came in for a family reunion, played in the arcade with my children, had a foot long hot dog from the one and only Eddies Grill, Danced the night away with my Dad at the Swiss Chalet, the list is endless of the things I wanted to do but was limited on time...Rock Bands, miniature golf, beach at the local state park, wine tasting, I could go on & on! If you come make sure to grab a Cheese on a Stick , pizza, & a crunch cone, and I cant forget fudge from the Lollipop Shop!

Booked to stay one night. Place was very nice as listed. However for the price, it would have been nice to have provided coffee. A small bar of soap, but no, nothing. This is the first place in all our years that this simple gesture was not provided .

Quaint little Cottage

Very clean. Close to the strip. Recently remodeled Very fresh and updated. Perfect for our small group of friends. Owner was very responsive during our stay! Would recommend and stay again.

Great but could.have used a coffee pot

For the money being spent, a keurig or at the very least a kettle would have been good to have. The second bedroom door doesnt fit right and will wake up the house when opening and closing it at night. Master bedroom ceiling fan could also use some love. Suggest putting a sign on the side door that reminds visitors to use the backdoor.

This property is on a small little road not traveled on much but it is close enough to just walk to the Strip.

This cottage has a sister cottage on same parcel so you have the option of renting it by itself or renting both cottages for big groups. It was designed for privacy so they each have separate yards.
