Provencal farmhouse with pool

In the luberon in Joucas, pretty hillside village located between Gordes and Roussillon, you will find in the plain in the middle of the vineyards L'Oustau (house in provencal) an old mazet in dry stones of the country restored with a lot of charm and authenticity such as the Provençal ceilings, fireplace and stone staircase that leads you upstairs, which serves two air-conditioned rooms, an office, a bathroom, toilet, dressing.
On the outside you have an independant building with a summer kitchen, two toilets, two bedrooms and two bathrooms
You will be seduced by the surrounding landscape, its tranquility, gate and carport (3x)
You can relax on the sunbathing pool 10m x 5m secured by an electric shutter or in the shade of the pergola for a nap.
A jaccuzi of 6 places is available.
The price includes all taxes and charges rental of linen and towels for the pool.

Everything you need.....

Landhouse with character - we prefer it VS cold new apartments. The kitchen is very well equipped, not new fancy equipment, but all functioning. We also loved the location - in the Centre of the Provence, quiet with a lot of ssightseeing attractions in the surroundings. We

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Joucas. La maison est assez agréable, fraîche et plutôt bien conçue. Seul hic pour ma part, l'annonce devrait être "Mas provencal avec piscine PARTAGEE". certes ceci est précisé dans la description mais ni le titre ni les photos ne prêtent a croire que c'est le cas.

Points positifs: - La maison est tout à fait fonctionnelle et bien équipée. - L'emplacement est vraiment idéal, au calme, proche de tous les villages charmants, en pleine nature. - La piscine est agréable. - Avoir 2 chambres indépendantes est très pratique quand on est nombreux. - Propriétaire disponible et sympathique. Cependant, plusieurs points à améliorer : - Odeur de fumée dans les chambres; - Un climatiseur en panne dans une chambre; - Literie un peu spartiate; - Abords de la piscine peu soignés (matériel de bricolage qui s'entasse, etc.)

Belle maison traditionnelle très bien située entre Gordes et Roussillon

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour en famille. La disposition avec un bâtiment principale et une dépendance à bien plu à nos enfants. La maison est bien équipée et tout fonctionne bien. Le propriétaire Paul Courtois est charmant et s’est montré toujours disponible. De plus il est agréable d’etre dans une ‘vraie’ maison habitée à l’année. Seules les chambres de la dépendance ont la climatisation mais la maison principale garde une certaine fraîcheur (relative en cas de forte chaleur). L’emplacement est idéal, au milieu des vignes et des champs de melon, et avec une belle vue sur Gordes et le Grand Luberon. Tous les villages sont proches et les bons commerces traditionnels ne manquent pas aux environs. La piscine est suffisamment grande pour pouvoir en profiter à 5 ou 6. A recommander pour un séjour authentique dans la région.

Très agréable séjour dans le Lubéron

Pour notre second séjour dans le Lubéron, nous avons découvert le village de Joucas. En vacances avec 4 adolescents, la maison est grande. La dépendance est un plus et permet d'avoir son indépendance. On peut profiter de la piscine qui est au soleil pratiquement toute la journée. Propriétaire très sympathique et attentionné.
