Located in building C on the second floor, it is very private and tranquil. Entire condo has been updated. New living room, oversized sofa with memory foam mattress, new bedroom furniture, new mattress on the daybed in the Florida room. You will feel right at home! New bedding in both the bedroom and the sunroom. Updated kitchen with backsplash, granite counter tops, hot water on demand, FREE long distance calling in North America, two new LCD TVs and high-speed wireless internet in unit. New beach chairs and umbrella, beach towels.
There is a play station unit with a lot of games for the entire family to enjoy!
I have also added a play pen for those travelling with small kids.
You will find a drying rack under the bed or in the closet. Fits perfectly in the bathroom and comes in handy for your wet towels and bathing suits :)
Indian Shores is located between Clearwater Beach and St. Petersburg Beach.
Beach is directly across street with intercoastal waters on the backside of the complex. The beach itself is sandy and endless, shallow enough for kids with plenty of shells to collect and wildlife to observe.
The condo is a one bedroom, one bathroom, max 4 with a pull out queen couch/sofa. There is also an additional daybed in the Lanai. Well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops and comes with full sized appliances, microwave, fridge with ice-maker and stove. Coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, blender are also included. Bakeware, pots and pans and all utensils and glassware are included. Beach chairs, kids toys, water toys are in the closet. Linens, towels and beach towels are provided.
The bedroom has a queen size bed with new pillow top mattress and new LCD TV. New bedding.
Internet connection is in the sunroom.
The bathroom has a walk in shower with glass doors. Wall mounted hair-dryer. Please do not have small children play with the glass doors. Other items included are iron, ironing board, drying rack, vacuum and cleaning supplies. Beach toys, chairs etc.
This is a self-catering unit. You are responsible for any other supplies you may require.
Laundry is coin operated and is located at the end of the walkway. You can get quarters at the front office, grocery store or local bank.
The pool is heated and overlooks the intercoastal waters. There are grills(gas Barbeques) around the resort.
