Gîte du flamant gris_ Heated swimming pool from May to the end of September

Cottage classified 3 stars by Gite de France. On the edge of the Gardon, independent house fully restored, in the countryside, shaded courtyard with separate entrance.

 1 master bedroom queen size bed (160) new bedding + TV recently renovated and 1 second bedroom with 2 beds 90. Large living room with kitchen fully equipped, sitting area with convertible sofa and flat screen TV. Fully air-conditioned to compensate for the heat stroke in the summer.
Internet connection, rental from Saturday to Saturday. Animals are not allowed.
Nice spa for relaxation flowing directly into the pool 8 * 4 right next to the house. Fence with gate between the house and the pool perimeter alarm (access door code) around the pool for a maximum of security for the smallest.
Beach surrounded by garden with plants and flowers.
The pool will be shared with (we have a boy of 19 years) but it's still a nice time in the evening to discuss together walks, traditions of the region .... Open from May through September can vary depending on the weather. A heat pump ensures good temperature of the water going up a few degrees in summer period (June, July, August, September Mi)
Ideal for sin because the river is only 100m, bathing area are also nice for those who prefer to swim in the river.
Great location to visit the area (mountains and sea within 1 hour). Pont du Gard nearby. Do not forget the Avignon Festival in July major event within 30 minutes.
Here you will find the good hosts, cicadas, nature and in principle the sun.

A deposit will be required 450 euros +50 euros, the day of your arrival unless already paid directly with the time of booking on the site. After the inventory and the inventory, this deposit will be returned to you the day of your departure, after deduction of the possible costs of restoration of the places and deduction of the value of the missing or deteriorated material. A lump sum of 50 euros will be deducted from the deposit if the gîte has not been cleaned on the day of departure.

Wir waren zu zweit im April für zwei Wochen bei Chantal zu Gast.Die Unterkunft am Ortsrand von Montfrin und ist sehr ruhig gelegen und befindet sich auf einem geschmackvoll angelegten Grundstück in herrlicher Umgebung.Da der sehr schön angelegte Pool witterungsbeding erst ab Mai zur Verfügung steht, konnten wir diesen leider noch nicht nutzen. Es war dafür definitiv noch zu kühl.Die Wohnung ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, und es gibt Klimaanlagen in allen Räumen. Die Ausstattung ist komplett - es fehlt wirklich an nichts!Alles war äußerst sauber, nirgends irgenwelche Flecken oder Beschädigungen.Chantal und ihr Mann Oliver haben uns bei der Ankunft herzlich begrüßt.Sie waren jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Verstänigung erfolgte problemlos auf Englich.Wir können diese Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen!Danke an Chantal und Oliver!

Nous avons été ravi de notre séjour au gîte du flamant gris. Chantal et Olivier sont sérieux et très sympathiques.Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine depuis le 28/29 avril la météo aidant. Malgré la privatisation d une partie des rives du Gardon, il y a encore un petit accès en bas de la maison pour pêcher.On espère pouvoir y revenir prochainement! Mandana et famille

Zeer fijn verblijf

Heel fijn verblijf gehad! De tuin en het zwembad waren geweldig, onze kinderen (4 en 6) waren niet weg te slaan uit het water. Het huisje zelf is klein, maar gezellig en met alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt en we leefden vooral buiten. We hebben ook regelmatig de bbq gebruikt. Bedankt Chantal en Olivier!

Urlaub mit Pfau

Sehr schöne Anlage mit voll ausgestatteter Ferienwohnung, die zwar recht klein (50 qm), aber gut geschnitten ist. Das große Grundstück mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und Pool kann mit genutzt werden. Das Gelände ist etwas außerhalb des Ortes (ca. 20 Minuten Fußweg, mit dem Fahrrad kein Problem), direkt am Gardon gelegen, es gibt einen großen Supermarkt und ein gutes Restaurant. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert (sie spricht gut englisch), das Highlight sind 3 wild lebende Pfauen auf dem Grundstück. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder dorthin.

Avons passé un très agréable séjour dans le gîte de Chantal et Olivier.... Location conforme aux photos et à la description, très bien équipée, calme... La piscine est superbe et tout est réuni pour en profiter au maximum du matin à la nuit tombée. Great location for kids

We stayed here in December and it was as a be great. Clean and all required amenities. Close du Pont du Gard. Boys enjoyed playing at soccer parc nearby. Location requires a rental car as it is in the country. Would love to come back and enjoy the pool in the summer.

Séjour très agréable.

Idéalement situé, le logement est très agréable et parfaitement équipé. Extérieur cosy et ombragé , parfait pour les soirées d'été. Les enfants ont adorés profiter de la piscine le soir lorsqu'elle s'illumine.

Très jolie propriété, gîte conforme aux photos. Avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine avec tout le mobilier autour ( transats etc) il ne manque rien. Top ausgestattetes kleines Ferienhaus mit gutem Pool

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und top und modern ausgestattet. Die Räume sind optimal geschnitten und gut möbliert. Der Pool ist groß genug und schön im Garten gelegen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Zum Mietpreis kamen bei uns 80€ für Bettwäsche und Handtücher hinzu.

Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans le gîte. Les propriétaires sont incroyables et très serviables. Le gîte est situé juste à l'extérieur de Montfrin et n'est pas loin d'un bon boulanger. Il y a aussi un très bon restaurant en ville qui vaut le détour. Nous aimerions revoir Chantal et Olivier.

Topissime séjour !!!

Un couple, Chantal et Olivier, fort accueillants, souriants et serviables avec lesquels nous avons pu échanger en toute confiance et amabilité (ils nous ont autorisés de profiter du jardin de leur propriété pour organiser une chasse à l’œuf le week-end de Pâques, ou bien se délasser au soleil autour d'un apéro au bord de la piscine en fin de journée). Un gîte est très fonctionnel, avec des équipements de qualité et une disposition du mobilier permettant la libre cohabitation de 3 adultes et un adolescent. Un espace privatif devant le gîte avec deux tables à disposition, des transats, un salon de jardin et un barbecue permettent de profiter de l'environnement extérieur très fleuri, au calme et exceptionnellement bien entretenu, avec un fort respect de la nature et du développement durable (tri des déchets, épluchures des légumes/fraises aux poulettes...) Les propriétaires sont soucieux de la qualité d'accueil des visiteurs, tout en respectant la qualité et le respect de la nature qui les entourent. Le gîte est très situé non loin de Nîmes, d'Avignon, de Saintes-Maries de la Mer, des Baux de Provence, les gorges du Gardon, le Pont du Gard... permettant d'allier les visites en ville et les balades en pleine nature. Dès avril, les festivités commencent dans nombreuses villes pour le plaisir des touristes. A vrai dire, nous avons tellement aimé nos vacances avec Chantal et Olivier, très charmants que nous avons hâte de retrouver prochainement (soit chez nous dans les Vosges, soit chez eux). Magnifiques vacances à conseiller à tous :-)

Superbe gîte !

Accueille par les propriétaires, Chantal et Olivier très sympathiques et attentionnés. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans ce gîte qui est très bien équipé. La superbe piscine nous a séduite immédiatement, située au centre du beau jardin arboré. Le gîte est quand à lui très bien décoré avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un excellent séjour. La cuisine récente disposant d’un lave vaisselle et d’un grand four est très pratique. La climatisation est un vrai plus quand on connaît les températures qu’il peut y avoir dans le Gard en été ! Le bien est situé dans la petite ville de Montfrin qui est à côté des principales grandes villes accueillant tout un tas de monuments et activités exceptionnelles En résumé, très bon gîte et très bon accueil. Nous le recommandons à toutes personnes souhaitant venir passer un séjour dans ce beau département. Merci à Chantal et Olivier.

Les beaux jours

Nous avons passé une excellente quinzaine à Monfrin. La location est totalement conforme aux photos et à la description, il y a tout ce qu'il faut (et notamment un congélateur qui évite de faire des courses tous les deux jours) et ne pas avoir à s'occuper des draps et des serviettes est un gros points positif. Chantal et Olivier font preuve d'une présence discrète et conviviale et sont de bon conseil pour les visites. La climatisation et la piscine sont vraiment un gros plus pour des vacances en pleine période estivale et permettent de récupérer des sorties sous le soleil et de fainéanter un peu aussi. Montfrin est très bien situé pour découvrir dans un cercle de 80 km environ un maximum de lieux et d'activités, quinze jours n'ont pas été de trop ! Pour les gourmands, nous avons trouvé d'excellentes glaces artisanales à Collias et Uzès !! L'endroit vaut le détour ! Merci encore pour votre accueil !

Vacances inoubliables à Montfrin

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette superbe location. Tout est réuni pour passer de bonnes vacances. Le gîte est très bien équipé et décoré avec goût.
