The apartment is located in the award winning condominium community Puerta Alameda. The complex has door men and security 24/7.

PRIME LOCATION:
The condo is within walking distance, visitors will find the Paseo de la Reforma, Parque Alameda and the Palacio de Bellas Artes, the Zocalo, the Ciudadela Crafts Market and several major museums and attractions. Two subway lines and the Mexico City Turibus line are a stone’s throw away. The complex is only a 15 minute taxi ride to the Castillo de Chapultepec, the National Museum of Anthropology and other museums in Parque Chapultepec.

PERSONALIZED SERVICE
Our personalized service starts from the moment you clear custom with y airport pick-up provided for a reasonable fee (optional service). We also offer our guest a tour of the condo complex facilities along with pointing out restaurants and grocery stores, pharmacies and such. Flexible check-in / checkout hours are offered whenever possible. A private car service with our highly recommend bilingual driver is available upon request at very reasonable rates.

The unit is furnished with pillow top mattresses, high thread-count sheets, quality towels, drinking water, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, cable television. High speed WiFi is provided in the apartment.

Efficient and convenient!

The is a good choice for two couples as both bedrooms have a queen bed. It is clean and the staff is responsive to you needs. The location is very good and most taxis know where iAlameda Avenue is. It was quite cold inside and we couldn't warm it up even with two heaters so I deducted a star for that.

Outstanding Service and Perfect Location

Prior to my trip I spent a couple of months looking for the perfect place to stay. I looked at many places and contacted several people, however, none offered the exceptional service that Bruce did. His responses were immediate and he even called me to answer my questions. That great service was provided before my arrival in Mexico City. Once I arrived at the airport I was greeted by his wonderful assistant Roberto. I have family in Mexico who also met me at the airport and Bruce sent a large enough vehicle to accommodate them as well. Since I stayed longer than 5 nights the transportation to and from the airport was free. Once I arrived at the condominium I was very impressed, it was spacious, clean and very nice. The location was perfect, that was the main concern I had. It was within walking distance to so many things. The metro is about 5 blocks away, the grocery store is about 3 blocks, there are restaurants steps away from the door, Bellas Artes is minutes away walking, the Zocalo is also within walking distance. I am very grateful to Bruce and his staff for accommodating my family. There were five of us traveling, plus my brother and his wife who live in Mexico City and decided to stay with us. Bruce provided a futon and two air mattresses to accommodate us all. The staff was always very nice. All of my family members who stayed were incredibly impressed with the service, the condo and the location. Thanks Bruce and Roberto for making our stay so wonderful. I will be traveling to Mexico City once or twice a year and will always book my stay at the properties Bruce offers.

would definitely stay here again!

The host was very communicative throughout the whole process. Bruce also have his team reached out to us to make the whole checkin, stay, and check out process easy. The place is very clean and it's great that it has a washer and dryer, especially when you are on vacation for more than a week. There is a pool as well and a rooftop. Due to COVID, you would need to wear swimming cap and goggles for the pool and they were able to lend us a couple for my husband and I. When you go out of the condo on Independencia st., there are a lot of restaurants and street food vendors, so don't worry about finding a place to eat when you're hungry. The security in the building makes everything feel very safe. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Perfect location

The central location was ideal for museums, historical sites, access to the metro which used many times, walking distance to grocery store. Our concerns were promply addressed by our hosts. Having a gym in the building was convenient - usually when we stay in one city for a month, we have to buy a membership at a local gym. Having a little shop within the condo building was handy. The security in the building was comforting.

Nice condo in a good location.

This is a lovely clean and well appointed apartment. Our only complaint is that it was very cold inside it. We had two space heaters but they never really warmed it up .The hall were also very cold so that did not help.

Great Location

As first time visitors to Mexico City, we were looking for a clean, centrally-located and safe place to stay. This fit the bill. It is a pretty new, modern complex, so doesn't have a lot of charm, but it is very well located in the historic district. We were able to walk to so many places, we jumped on the metro nearby, and were always able to catch a taxi or Uber on the major boulevard less than a block away. I would certainly recommend this location - especially for first timers who may be a little hesitant about where to stay. We found Mexico City to be very safe, absolutely beautiful and just bursting with art, culture, and great food.

Launch Pad for Old Mexico City

We stayed in this apartment with three adults and 2 teenagers. The apartment was clean, very functional for cooking and down-time. The location is excellent for the Historical District of Mexico City. The street noise even 5-6 floors up is significant but manageable. The gym and pool facilities are excellent. The host is attentive to issues. Ricardo the recommended Guide with the property is outstanding. Great location and property to explore this fascinating city. Go.

Excelente servicio y comodidades

La estadía fue muy buena. todo el servicio de Bruce, Cornelio y el resto del equipo. Siempre estuvieron predispuestos y serviciales. el apartamento esta ubicado muy cómo en una zona muy céntrica a pocas cuadras del zócalo y del paseo de la reforma. Quizás nos sea la ubicación más glamorosa pero es muy práctica. el condominio tiene muchísimas comodidades. Lo más destacable es el servicio ofrecido por el equipo que hasta te entregan durante la estadía un celular local para estar comunicado si no tuvieras el tuyo propio. las recomendaciones de Taxi y guias turísticos fueron impecables. Como cosas no tan positivas es que el apartamento es ruidoso por la calle los fines de semana, no tiene A/C sólo ventiladores y se hizo un poco caluroso aun cuando fuimos en invierno. como sugerencia debieran incluir un colador de pasta y mejorar un poco la limpieza aunque estaba todo muy limpio, las alfombras y rincones podrían mejorar. Muchas gracias y felicitaciones a Bruce y el equipo. SIN DUDARLO RECOMIENDO ESTA PROPIEDAD.

Great Property in the central part of Mexico City

My friend and I just spent a week in this 2BR/2Ba apartment in the central part of Mexico City. Our stay also included roundtrip transportation to and from the airport. Everything went off with out a hitch. The transportation was great and the information that was given to us at the apartment could not have been more thorough or better. Bruce even provided a cell phone so that we could contact him with any of our needs. This is a wonderful place to stay in the center of the city. It is close to the Zocalo and Metro, in addition to many restaurants. I will mention that because it is in the middle of the city, there is a certain amount of noise that you can hear. But give the size of the city, I found it to be pretty minimal. The only suggestion that I have for Bruce is to install black out curtains on the windows. This would help keep the apartment cool in the afternoon. I would definitely stay in this apartment again and recommend it to my friends. Thanks Bruce!

Great apt in the middle of everything

We had a great stay at this apartment. It has exactly what is needed. The only thing we missed was AC, but we know it is not that popular in Mexico City. Our experience booking and communicating with Bruce was great! The local phone he let us use came in handy. The location is walking distance to a lot of great sites. Would definitely stay here again!

Best Location

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is perfect for those who want to sightsee in Mexico City - it is close to all of the major sights in the historic district, and a block away from the metro for sights in outlying areas. We appreciated that the owner had his assistant meet us at the airport and arranged transportation for our party of 5, as well as showed us around the property and neighborhood (bank, grocery store). The unit was clean and spacious, the beds comfortable. The owner was good about responding to our questions and needs during our stay. He also provided us with a local cell phone which was handy. I would highly recommend staying here, especially if you are travelling with a family because of the size and convenience. For those concerned about safety, the building has 24 hr. security and keyless card entry, which made us feel very safe. Just make sure to bring earplugs in case city noise is an issue for you at night, as that's the one con of being right in the middle of the city. And if you want to use the pool in the complex, make sure to have a swimming cap. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Mexico City.

Excellent, peaceful, quiet and safe place with quality service

i have been travelling to Mexico City on business trips and have stayed in hotels most of the time. I didn't know that this place exist. When We found the place, we met with Bruce and he showed us around the compound. He even walked us to the nearest grocery store. The complex is very clean and well maintained. The place is very secured and they have very polite guards that takes care of the entrances to keep it safe. The condo unit was very clean and spacious compared to the tiny rooms at hotels. We have more freedom to work as though we were at our home office. Bruce and his staff were very accomodating and they always treat us with kindness. This place has become a permanent place for us to stay every time I travel to Mexico City. Bruce' excellent service made it more appealing for travellers like us.

Great experience, location and wonderful service.

Our trip started off with having one of Bruce´s assistants greets us at the airport – what a treat! We were then taken to the apartment where we were checked and given a walking tour of the neighborhood as well as the facilities. The complex has a greet pool and gym and Bruce even provide us with goggles and swimming caps! We were also loaned a local smart phone to be able to reach Bruce at any time during our stay. Bruce´s team was quick to respond to our requests. The complex where the apartment is located is in a prime location with so much to see and do only minutes’ walk away. I am a big fan of public transportation and there a four major metro lines within a 5 – 15 minute walk. We also used the service of Bruce´s driver Ricardo Ramirez who charged very reasonable rates and make the trip all the more enjoyable having him as a guide and historian. He also took us to the market where the locals go as well as recommending great restaurants. I really hope to visit Mexico City as our trip was for only five days and we left know there was so much more to see and do. I will definitely stay in one of Bruce´s apartment when I return!

Excellent location, hospitality, and service

My family of five (2 adults and 3 children) just returned from a week in Mexico City -- our first visit to this amazing city. I looked into the hotel option, but with kids a house or condo with separate bedrooms and a kitchen is always a much more comfortable option. Luckily, this rental was available. It is in a prime location -- safe, convenient, close to multiple subway lines and markets/stores, and near to the historical center which has many major tourist sites. Bruce and his team were responsive, courteous, and helpful. We appreciated being picked up at the airport, the arrangement for a ride for our large group and all our suitcases back to the airport, and use of a Mexican cell phone to contact the owner and make local calls. We also enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool and the gym in the complex. We would highly recommend staying here.

Incredible locatation, prime complex, wonderfull host!

We had a wonderful experience here. The apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable. It is close to many attractions, meaning easy, walkable distance to sites, restaurants, and markets. We felt very comfortable during our stay, including going out after dark. Bruce and his team are extremely hospitable and gracious hosts. From the moment we arrived at the airport, one of his staff greeted us and escorted us to the apartment. We received a complete tour of the building, as well as recommendations on some of the best nearby spots to grab a bite or a drink. Bruce and his team included several extra touches during our stay, such as a cell phone to use and even a swim cap, which is required in order to use the excellent lap-lane swimming pool in the building. Through Bruce, we were also able to book a driver/tour guide, Ricardo, who spent a day with us, driving us to and recounting the history of Teotihuacan and the Basilica of Guadalupe. We had a fabulous time during our stay here and highly recommend these accommodations and the services that go with them. Many thanks to Bruce and his team for providing such a great experience.

great place!

comfortable, big condo - the condominium development has a pool and gym, and is near everything most tourists come to Mexico City to see (a lot within walking distance) - the adjacent park is really incredible, and on Sundays they close the main street (Reforma Boulevard) for biking and rollerblading - I would recommend this city to anyone for a truly fun and unique vacation
