PRIME LOCATION: The apartment is located in the historic of the city near the opera house Bellas Artes. The area where the complex is located is now considered one of the safest areas in the city (in the last ten year the government and major real-estate developers have invested heavily in the area). The condo is within walking distance, visitors will find the Paseo de la Reforma, Parque Alameda and the Palacio de Bellas Artes, the Zocalo, the Ciudadela Crafts Market and several major museums and attractions. Two subway lines and the Mexico City Turibus line are a stone’s throw away. The Historic Center is has become a vibrant neighborhood with plenty to do during the day and evenings with several trendy restaurants along with entertainment.

Your personalized service starts the moment you clear custom with airport pick-up provided for a reasonable fee (optional service). We offer our guest a tour of the condo complex facilities along with pointing out restaurants and grocery stores (a medium size grocery store is only 3 blocks away). A private car service with our highly recommend bilingual driver is available upon request at very reasonable rates. We are also available to assist in coordinating your transportation needs. Flexible check-in and check-out hours are offered whenever possible.

COMPLEX SECURITY / AMENITIES: The apartment is located in the award winning condominium community Puerta Alameda which provides excellent security staring with access to the building being limited to residents with magnetic security cards to the enter the building (Magnetic security cards provide to our guests during their stay) . Once entering the building doormen and security is provided 24/7.

Great location. Nice Apartment.

The apartment was clean and well stocked. The beds weren't very comfortable, but other than that it was great. It is in a nice building with lots of amenities including a doorman, pool, gym, convenience store, and indoor playspace which was a huge hit with our 3 young children. The location was great. It was walking distance to many sights and easy access to the Metro to get anywhere else. We did have a bit of trouble with our airport transfers. On pickup, the driver wasn't where we were told he would be and on our way out of town they forgot to arrange pickup though we'd talked about it the day before. Overall, I would recommend this apartment.

Great location

I stayed at this location for the Festival of the Dead. It was absolutely perfect since the parade passed not far from the building and we were able to get our face painted at the nearby square. The apartment was awesome..clean, beds were soft and there is a store and atm downstairs. The cons were few: Mexico City was child and there is no heat. The owner purchased a heater for us so it wasn't a problem. The dryer didn't work but the owner allowed is to use the dryer from another apartment. So both cons were quickly and professionally handled. Would definitely stay here again.

Lindo apartamento, muy seguro, bien ubicado y con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. El servicio de Ricardo ( guía turístico recomendado por el propietario del departamento) es excepcional. Recomiendo que si se alojan en una propiedad de Bruce soliciten el servicio de guía de Ricardo. Es una persona culta, educada que sin duda te enseñará lo esencial y más sobre los lugares que visites. Volveré a México y sin dudarlo elegiré una propiedad de Bruce.

La mejor elección

Excelente apartamento: grande, confortable, con decoración sobria, pero bien articulada. Cuenta con lavadora, secadora, juego de loza, cubiertos, ollas, horno. El edificio tiene gimnasio (muy completo) y piscina climatizada para descansar después de un día agitado. La ubicación es la mejor: a una cuadra del palacio de Bellas Artes y a siete del Zócalo. Estación de metro en Hidalgo (a una cuadra) y detrás de Bellas Artes. Entregan un teléfono celular con el apartamento para llamarlos en caso de problemas. En cuanto al transporte, inmejorable. Siempre puntual, siempre atento. Ricardo, el guía, es el mejor de todos: no sólo tiene un conocimiento profundo y detallado de la historia de México, también conoce la ciudad al dedillo. Pregúntenle si necesitan saber dónde se consigue buen precio y buena calidad de cualquier cosa (desde comida hasta tarjetas de memoria para la cámara). O pregúntenle lo que sea, quizás les responda (increíble su cultura general).

We had a excellent stay! My husband and 2 kids loved the condo! Cornelio was very welcoming and very help full to us. We ended up needing to stay an extra day. Cornelio made sure to make arrangements for us to stay an extra day. We would definitely stay here again when we go to Mexico.

Great Resolution to a big problem

Hi! I want to share my experience with Bruce and Cornelio when renting this property. I found out just two days before the arrival to this location that my mother and niece were coming to Mexico and I needed a place for them to stay for 13 nights. I urgently sent an inquiry note to 5 different places for rentals at VRBO and was surprised to receive Bruce's response in just a few minutes after applying. He thoroughly explained the process and was extremely helpful/willing to help me in my ordeal. He did not take advantage of the situation, on the contrary, he ended up giving me a better place for a great price and on top of that they went to pick up my mother and niece at the airport and took her directly to the apartment where they show them around and explained very clearly about everything related to the apartment. My mom and my niece have not stopped talking of the great service received by Bruce (the owner) and Cornelio (the manager). I joined them on the last 5 nights in this place and got to see by myself what a beautiful apartment and five stars service provided by them. I highly recommend this apartment and dealing with Bruce and Cornelio has been by far one of my best experiences with VRBO rentals. THANK YOU GUYS!!!!

Unbeatable Location, Great Complex, Wonderful Host!

I have stayed at many vacation rental apartments over the last few and none of them have come close to matching the location and the service provided by the owner Bruce. Included in our rate was complementary airport pick-up. Bruce´s assistant Julio greeted at the airport! Who does that? It made the arrival so much easier. Bruce met us at the condo where he explained everything, including the locks, the safe and where the local cash machine and supermarket were. The location of the condo couldn't be better...a few blocks from the famous Paseo de Reforma Avenue and thee subway lines within a quick 10 minute walk. The Museum of popular art is across the street and Bellas Artes is 4 blocks away. We walked to the Zocalo and Garibaldi and places too numerous to mention. The kitchen is well equipped and there are 2 bathrooms! Luxury! Would we stay there again? Absolutely. We hope to return next year and we will book early as all of Bruce´s apartments were fully booked during our stay which is no surprise considering the location and the personal service his team provides.
