The view was gorgeous. The house has everything you need except decent cooking ware. I would suggest bringing your own if you plan to cook at all. The host was great and available everytime we called . The house was clean and hot tub was great. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable for us but might not be for everyone. All in all great trip.

Very nice and spacious cabin. The view of the lake is amazing. A lot of extras as well as a hot tub. Dock on the water difficult to get to, but didn't deter from the property. Drive in and out was no problem, but used an AWD vehicle. Large kitchen with loads of extras. We would rent again.

Great property! The house was everything that was advertised. Plenty of room, well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels and linens. Hot tub and lakes views and access to the private dock for swimming and fishing were a huge plus! Communication was no problem, with Fredrick being very explicit about all the instructions and requirements. Will definitely stay again

We really enjoyed our stay. If you like an airy view of a lake, the mists in the morning and the silver blue water at dusk, this is a great place for you. But if you see yourself moving back and forth with ease between the house and the water, this is not a good house for you. Almost all the lake houses on Glenville Lake are perched above the lake. This house especially so. The stairs down to the dock are solid, but it's a very long steep climb. The house is comfortable, with a big master suite that opens onto a curved great room and kitchen with lots of windows, which was really nice. Everything was in good working order. (Hint to owner: If you don't want guest using your fancy personal set of pots and pans, then you might want to provide them with more than one small sauce pot, one spaghetti pot and an old frying pan. :) The hikes in Panthertown and the precipitous hike to the waterfall at the north of the lake were wonderful. If you want to rent a party barge to see the lake, make sure you do well before your planned trip. They were fully booked weeks in advance when we were there. Fall colors were at peak. Lovely.

Spacious 2-bedroom house with plenty of storage space and a gorgeous lake view. Loved having access to the lake via the dock, and enjoyed using the kayaks. Kids caught some little bluegills from the dock. The hot tub and lower covered deck are great as well. The steps are steep down to the lake, but are fine for anyone without mobility issues.

This cabin was absolutely perfect with the lake front view and so close to beautiful nearby hikes and everything you might need in cashiers. I’m so grateful that I stayed here that I can’t wait to come back. I stayed by myself and at no point did I feel uncomfortable or unsafe.

Fantastic view of the lake, house was clean, and great communication with the owner. I’d highly recommend for a getaway to Lake Glenville. Short drive to restaurants and shops in Cashiers.

What a view!!! This place has 2 great porches to relax on and feels very tucked away, yet close to good restaurants and the grocery in Cashiers. Both big beds are very comfortable, too. We really enjoyed renting a boat at the marina nearby. And trust the listing, the steps down to the dock are steep, but the water is wonderful.

The view is second to none! Clean and everything we needed for our stay. Close to Cashiers, Sapphire and Highlands. Next time I will bring my dog. We took a cruise around lake Glenville with Captain Mark. Very informative and saw 4 waterfalls only accessible by boat.

The view was wonderful. The first night we watch a fireworks show on the lake and could see the whole thing from the deck of the house. Found several great restaurants in Cashiers. It was a great trip.

Fantastic View

The cabin was very unique with it's outside appearance. The indoor space was open and looked out over Lake Glenville. Very comfortable furniture and well equipped kitchen.The view was incredible. It was so convenient to be able to walk our small dog. Peaceful and quiet.location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Beautiful cabin on Lake Glenville

This is the perfect place for a family of four to spend a few days on the lake. The access to the dock is perfect - swimming is amazing - access to Cashiers and the local marina are also easy. Obviously, the deck of the cabin is the best!
