Treat yourself to a peaceful and relaxing break in the heart of the Aix countryside, in our lovely 1,615 sq ft air-conditioned family villa, nestled in a peaceful residential area, a stone's throw from the village of Saint-Cannat.
The house can accommodate up to 10 people and has 7 rooms, including 5 bedrooms with 5 double beds, two of which are 160 x 200 cm. There are two bathrooms and two toilets. Linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).
The large 4000 m² garden offers a range of outdoor activities: swings, ping-pong table, badminton net, not to mention the large secure private swimming pool (12 x 5 m), with a maximum depth of 2 m, and a 30 cm shallow end perfect for young children.
Large shaded terraces surround the house, furnished with garden furniture, a large offset parasol, and a large teak table. A private wooden terrace opens onto the large bedroom on the ground floor.
Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, upright freezer.
Washing machine, flat-screen TV with BBOX, fiber Wi-Fi, wooden foosball table, 2 barbecues (charcoal and Weber gas).
Our three adorable cats live independently on the property. Discreet but affectionate, they bring a touch of life that often delights children.
Just 1.2 miles away, the village of Saint-Cannat offers all the amenities you need: bakeries, pharmacy, physical therapist, doctors, supermarkets, and even a McDonald's.
