It’s an older cottage but it’s on a cliff with the most amazing views!!! It was very clean. Bring dish soap and dish rags to wash dishes and wipe off counters. Dan was awesome on everything . Beach is so close. Maybe 5 minutes to the sand. Campground nearby never bothered us at all. No seaweed. Smooth beautiful sand. I saw lots of starfish at low tide. The last night my husband put the trash in the recycling can not the bear proof one. At 2:00 am my dogs were barking. Guess what! Two bears. I’m so glad my husband put them in the wrong can. They didn’t stay long unfortunately. I will definitely go back!

I'm glad to hear you enjoyed your stay, and I love your photo of the starfish. We always put out dish soap and a dish sponge and towels, so I'm not sure what got missed on your visit. My apologies.

Only one thing I wish the second bedroom didn’t have carpet and has similar floors like the rest of the house. The view was excellent.

Multiple stays, this one for a milestone birthday. Sweetcove never disappoints. The house is well appointed and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. But the location and views are what make this home spetacular.

Daniel was a wonderful host. Everything was lovely and my friend and I had lots of time to relax and catch up. The people in Westport were also very friendly and kind. Wonderful place!

At first, Owner, Daniel was very helpful when we had several questions through out our stay. We arrived pretty late night on the first check-in date, so it was pretty dark that we just went to bed. Next morning, when we came out from our beds towards kitchen, living room and dining area, then we lost our words with an amazing ocean & beach view from there. Breath taking view!!! Just wonderful. Then we received a wonderful gifts from the nature that we could able to see at least three Whales were spraying and circulating very close by the shore right down there, plus a few Sea lions were showing up and down near by those whales and catching with their breakfast meals. Pelicans, Seagulls and many variety of birds were also tried not to miss their meals too. All day long, from the morning till dawn, we were enjoying Whale & Sea Lions watching! They even stayed at the same shore the next day as well. The house was everything we asked for and very clean. Kitchen was equipped with seasoning, nice dishes and coffee mugs, and pots and pans. We cooked almost every nights and one day out to Fort Bragg seafood restaurant. Beds were very comfortable and slept very well. Mitsubishi air- con/heating system came in handy at nights when it got a little chilly. This trip was our healing trip due to loss of our 15 years old beloved family dog and it definitely helped our spirit up. Next year, we would love to bring next rescue dog and play on the beach together. The Borns,
