Winter getaway

The property was perfect for our stay in Tulum. We enjoyed our time at the pool. Rosalina was very helpful as others staying in the complex. Great location and short walks to many restaurants.

Nice condo, excellent location.

Property manager Rosalina and her husband were very nice and responsive. Loved being able to walk to get morning latte and breakfast. A nice condo perk was that Rosy had a large water dispenser we used in addition to buying some smaller bottles. Only negatives we had: large bed was very firm (we probably could have bot an egg crate cushion or so could they) and the sofa was rather old and could use a good cleaning. Hopefully it is a slipcover that can be laundered! Other than those 2 little things the stay was very nice.

Perfect size and location for out group

Roslina was easy to work with and provided detailed information and was very responsive to questions and recommendations. The condo was clean and perfectly laid out. Plenty of towels. We enjoyed the pool each evening after a day at the beach. Thanks for everything.

A great location for exploring Tulum and the surrounding areas

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was well equipped and a good launching pad for exploring Tulum, Coba and the surrounding area.

So great!

This is our second time staying here and we absolutely love it. The host Rosy is extremely friendly and helpful, and the apartment is clean and provided us with everything we needed. It is in the perfect location; half way between the beach and the pueblo with grocery shopping just across the street. We will absolutely stay here again next time we come to Tulum! Thank you!

Tout simplement superbe!

Nous avons adore notre sejour de trois mois dans ce superbe condo. Ce condo, situe au 2e etage est flambant neuf et possede toutes les commodites necessaires. Un vrai 5 etoiles. Le complexe est vraiment tres securitaire et bien situe. Il y a une piste cyclable pour se rendre a la mer ainsi qu'un super marche a distance de marche. Nous avons ete tres. Ien accueillis et diriges par Rosy qui demeure dans le complexe et s'occupe de la location du condo. C'est une vraie perle. Et que dire de la plage de Tulum une des plus belles plages au monde. Vous aimerez a coup sur ce condo et tomberez en amour avec Tulum!
