Updated Villa. Close To Beach, Salty Dog. And South Beach Marina

Our villa home is perfectly located within the heart of Sea Pines and less than 100 yards from a lovely stretch of picturesque South Beach and Braddock Cove. It is located only a few steps from the South Beach Village Marina with the famous Salty Dog Cafe and an abundance of shops, restaurants, bars, and recreational activities.
On the third floor of Bluff Villas, this one-bedroom vacation home has been refurbished and beautifully decorated. The living room features a stylish three-seater sleeper sofa and a separate two seat sofa. In addition, there is a work desk, free high speed internet and WIFI, large flat-screen smart TV, Spectrum TV channels and DVR. Open to the living room, the dining area seats four at its glass-topped table. The new modern kitchen is equipped for living and is fully appointed with every major appliance needed for a relaxing, hassle-free vacation. Note Bluff Villa properties do not have elevators.
Thinking of a staycation?. There is a work desk and the WIFI and TV service has been upgraded to provide excellent high-speed internet speed and picture quality.
The private shaded balcony faces west towards the beach amid the oaks for capturing delightful sea breezes and beautiful sunsets.
The triple aspect bedroom features a king-sized bed, access to the balcony, and a walk-in closet. There’s also a ceiling fan and flat-screen TV with Spectrum.
The bathroom includes a double vanity with a modern walk-in shower and tiled floor.
This vacation home is fully equipped with everything you need for a hassle-free vacation including a fully equipped kitchen, towels, and sheets. Located in the heart of the Sea Pines you are close to championship golf, pickleball and tennis facilities and well as miles of bike trails and beaches.
For beach lovers, the beach is less than 100 yards from a stretch of South Beach which provides views towards Harbour Town and fantastic sunsets over Daufuskie Island.
A short walk away is Tower Beach with outdoor grills, picnic tables, and a shaded pavilion that offers stunning views of the ocean and the entrance to Calibogue Sound. The Sea Pines Beach Club is a short car or bike ride away. It is a gathering place for sand and water activities as well as a beach bar and restaurants for lunch and dinner overlooking the ocean.
The South Beach General Store is a short walk away in the Marina for those last-minute items you may need. At the entrance gate to Sea Pines, there are a number of supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, restaurants, and bars.
If you are thinking of a longer stay we offer reduced monthly rates in the winter.

Fabulous place and location

An ideal location on Hilton Head - just a few steps from both the Salty Dog complex and from the beach. It’s a lovely 1brm condo that is clean and has a recently updated kitchen and bathroom. Highly recommend it!

Adequate accommodations but….

The property was nice but we were given the wrong entry code. I emailed the host but did not receive a response. Luckily, VRBO customer service was very helpful in finding the correct code. There wasn’t a good supply of bathroom paper products and no bath mat.

This was a very cozy condo but dose need some things added to it. Better comfortable patio furniture, more kitchen supplys. Other then that it was a great location and very clean. Very quiet condo.

everything was great

The apartment is exactly as described, it is located in a quiet complex, almost directly by the sea. Everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable, everything smelled fresh and good and the communication was great. However, I only found out after booking that the pool was closed. The nearby Tower Beach Club doesn't allow tourists in, only members and residents. That was very annoying.

Great Location

The location of this rental couldn't be any better. We spent several hrs each afternoon watching dolphins on the beach. Bed was comfy. Plenty of dishware and starter packets of soap, etc. TV worked just fine. Blow dryer did not work. Latch on sliding glass door was falling off. But other than those minor things it was a great unit for 2 of us!

Condo had everything one would need. Drawback was it’s on the third floor. With a baby and 5 year old it wasn’t the easiest with all of their stuff. Had to contact the housekeeper for the code. Never found the pool key to use, but managed without going.

Great location, clean, and peaceful!

Our stay was great! Property was clean, extremely close to the beach, and was located in a quiet setting. This was exactly what we were looking for! One of the reasons why we chose this particular condo was that it has a washer and dryer. They are smaller than what you might expect, but definitely was helpful having them! The condo also must have some sort of dehumidifier because it was never humid in the condo. So nice, especially when you walk out the door and get hit with the thick, summer air. The beach was across the street, a 4 minute walk if that, and was peaceful, not a lot of people and we saw dolphins and other ocean wildlife every day! The owners answered any questions we had quickly and thoroughly. We had a wonderful time!

Short Weekend at Seapines

Nice villa, great location. AC, fan, etc. worked great. No issues. Had a question about the key pad, point of contact called me right back. Thanks! Suggestions/comments: 1. Keypad Operation - include in check in instructions. I hadn't used one before, so I missed a button. 2. Microwave Stove light - not operational (bulb?). 3. Since on the third floor, and if you have elderly guests (or yourself), may be a bit too much. 4. Perhaps invest in a Keurig type coffee maker. Thanks again!

Relaxing vacation at the South Beach Marina villa in Sea Pines

This was a first-class experience for us in the rental of this villa at South Beach and we would reserve again without hesitation. The villa was modern, very clean, had a great king-size bed, two large televisions, a nice-size balcony and all the necessary amenities. While on the 3rd floor, the building parking was ample and convenient, and we had no issue loading and unloading (even without an elevator). The villa location near the South Beach Marina was ideal with respect to general access to the community pool, the beach, the Salty Dog Cafe and area shopping (general store, etc). The pool was an easy walk, a very good size, well-stocked with lounge chairs and (surprisingly) un-crowded. The beach at the closest access point (directly across the street from the villa) is actually on the Calibogue Sound (as the owner noted in another comment), which was a beautiful point to sunbathe, swim, or watch the pelicans and dolphins (one morning a pair were splashing literally yards from the shoreline). This point on the island was also uncrowded, at least this time of year. Access to the Salty Dog Cafe is also another bonus and we took advantage of that twice for dinner. The service and food were both excellent, and the location (pier-side water view) was awesome. Their evening musicians (acoustic live-music) were also exceptional and we thoroughly enjoyed the nightly entertainment. The villa also provided easy access to the walking/biking path that we took advantage of for morning walks. This is a beautiful location on the island we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The entire neighborhood was very well-maintained, very quiet and the other residents (whether permanent or visitors) were all generally very friendly. Communication with the owner was excellent and his check-in package was both clear and comprehensive.

The room was acceptable but toilet in bathroom could have been better. No extra trash bags , soap containers had been reused many times.No TV instructions were provided so it took some time to figure that out. Love seat sofa smells musky. Overall the room was fair and livable but could have been much better with a little effort.

Loved the condo and area but the amenities were lacking. Hilton Head and Sea Pines in particular is amazing! We rented bikes that were delivered before we arrived for our use for the week and we saw dolphins, a horseshoe crab, numerous birds, and alligators on our morning bike rides. Although there was a Kerig and coffee pot, there wasn’t any coffee. I would have been fine with that had we known to bring some. Luckily, we were able to buy a bag at the Salty Dog. The same goes for the other kitchen and bathroom stocksparse. We had to buy laundry and shower supplies. Again, if we had known, it would not have been a problem. I just didn’t enjoy starting vacation having to shop for household products that are a bit pricey on the island. We have stayed at many VRBO locations and all have had supplies so we did leave our purchases for the next vacationer. The wish they would have had beach towels and maybe a chair or two to enjoy a morning coffee on the beach too, but I think you can rent chairs from the bike companies too. Overall, we would recommend this place, just need to be aware the supplies are limited and there is no pool on the grounds.

**What We Loved:**Spacious, clean, and quiet retreat with a well-stocked modern kitchen and powerful AC. The walk-in shower was excellent, and we loved being just steps from the beach (3-minute walk) and a short stroll to Salty Dog marina. Great access to Sea Pines’ bike paths with plenty of parking.**Minor Notes:**The beach is actually on the sound rather than ocean (no waves) and no community pool available. **Bottom Line:**Fantastic, comfortable stay in an ideal location. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for family

We had a great time and enjoyed family time. Perfect location to the Salty Dog cafe. Fishing and swimming in the day and family fun at night. Comfy King bed. We plan to return soon.

We originally visited Hilton Head on vacation and by chance stayed in South Beach. We fell in love with the location as it was so close to the beaches, ocean, golf. tennis and all the restaurants and shops of the South Beach Marina. We also love to ride our bikes on the beach and the many trails in Sea Pines
