Prestigious residence, quiet and close to everything

Weekly bookings from Saturday to Saturday in high season. See with the owner for exception.
A deposit of 800 euros will be requested on arrival not at the handing of the keys by check for French or cash for foreigners.

We will not welcome groups of friends to organize parties or festive events because of respect for the neighborhood and the property. Possibility to contact the owner for exception after prior agreement.

Traditional Buron completely restored with an exceptional view on the lead of the Cantal and the valley of the cĂšre.
Less than 3 km from the resort of Lioran, enjoy the mountains and rest in peace. In winter: 2 covered car parks in the center of the resort.
Equipped with a large living room with fireplace, 4 bedrooms, a mezzanine with 2 sofas BZ, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room, 2 toilets, flat screen TV, gas heating, fireplace. Near Murat and Aurillac.

Endroit joli et paisible, des cerfs et des chevreuils venaient paßtre dans le jardin tous les jours. Proche de la route mais jardin clos et route peu passante.Jeux, livres et dvd à disposition dans le gßte pour tous les ùges. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine, beaucoup de randonnées et visites de chùteaux

TrĂšs bonne semaine

TrÚs bon accueil , gßte bien adapté à notre besoin, grand, bien localisé prÚs des pistes et les 2 places de parking dans la station sont un vrai plus. Quelques biches s'approchent le matin de bonne heure et c'est trÚs agréable. Calme.

La maison est trĂšs bien situĂ©e. Notre contact Laetetia a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs prĂ©cise et notre arrivĂ©e s'est trĂšs bien passĂ©e. La maison est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Les 4 chambres sont assez grandes et la literie confortable. La 5Ăšme chambre est une mezzanine oĂč il n'y a pas d'intimitĂ©. Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour

Laetitia nous a accueilli chaleureusement, le gßte est trÚs bien équipé, seul le remplacement du frigo prévu, sera nécessaire. TrÚs bon séjour au Lioran .

Idéal pour repos et rando

TrĂšs bon accueil. Le buron est idĂ©alement Ă©quipĂ© pour 8 personnes (en couple car lits doubles uniquement). Bonne literie et nombreux accessoires pour cuisiner. Le prĂ© est gĂ©nial pour se balader ou faire des jeux d'extĂ©rieur. Les randos Ă  proximitĂ© sont trĂšs agrĂ©ables. Il faudra peut-ĂȘtre prĂ©voir le remplacement d'un des canapĂ©s et mettre une table plus adaptĂ©e mais ceci n'a pas nuit Ă  notre sĂ©jour qui s'est trĂšs bien passĂ©.

Nous avons passé de trÚs bonnes vacances. La maison est trÚs confortable et bien équipé. Le jardin est super, les enfants se sont beaucoup amusé entre luge, bonhomme de neige et construction d'un igloo. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Charme et panorama

GĂźte idĂ©al pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis. TrĂšs cosy et fonctionnel Ă  la fois, bien Ă©quipĂ©. Le seul petit bĂ©mol selon moi est la proximitĂ© de la route (et le bruit qui va avec, mĂȘme si ce n’est pas l’autoroute non plus!). Mais ça doit ĂȘtre parce que je mÂŽĂ©tais fait l’image d’un buron isolĂ© ds les alpages.

La maison est située au calme à 2 min de la station. Elle est spacieuse et trÚs bien équipée. Possibilité de parking appréciable. Nous revenons presque chaque hiver.
