Palm Desert Resort & Country Club I

This luxury vacation rental near Palm Springs, California can accommodate up to 4 guests among its two bedrooms. There are room for four guest beds (one king-size, one queen-size, and one trundle that converts into a king-size), and an air mattress and two sleeping bags are also provided. Additionally, there are two full bathrooms. Linens and towels are provided.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a coffeemaker, a blender, all necessary cookware and tableware, and more. Outside, there is a private deck with patio furniture and a barbecue.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING:

Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts.
This vacation rental is equipped with air-conditioning.

-Cancellations: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, with a $150.00 cancellation charge. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund plus a $150.00 cancellation charge.
No Cancellations are Allowed for November, December, and January

- Pets: We do allow dogs, however, please note that there is a fee of $35 per dog per night. If you plan to bring more than one dog, you must obtain prior approval and additional fees may apply. When booking through selected third-party sites such as Airbnb, once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a payment request for the dog fee, which should be paid separately.

Check-in instructions: On your arrival day, the reserving guest will receive a text with check-in instructions between 3:30 and 4:00 PM.

- County permit number: STR2026-0068

- Rental agreement: Please review our rental agreement for our house rules. You will receive an emailed version to sign, but if you prefer other options, please inquire.

- Age restrictions: Due to the new County of Ordinance 927.2: We no longer accept reservations for anyone under 21 years of age.

- Confirmation: Upon booking this property through Airbnb, New Spirit Vacation Homes will send you a direct email confirming your reservation. Attached to this confirmation will be a contract you need to review, sign, and send back within 24 hours.

- Incidentals: We reserve the right to request payment for any incidentals. This includes but is not limited to firewood, pet fees, special occasion requests, personal grocery drop-offs, pay-per-view movies or sporting events, and damaged property.

Guests booking this home under the age of 25 years of age will provide an additional security deposit of $250-$500 on the day of arrival, depending on the home

Great view of the golf course as the 3rd green is in your backyard. My family came and watched me the play the 3rd and tee off on the par 3, 4th. Amenities are great down to the really nice air mattresses. Would stay and recommend again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very dirty and grimy! Owner has tons of old dusty personal items in closet, in tubs under beds, in garage. Food left behind couch, in couch, dust on top of door frames, shades, wooden shutters, grimy floor. Smells like old musty attic. Tons of old designer pillows with feathers coming out everywhere!!! Floor rugs stain and dirty. Patio chair cushions dirty and table cushions dirty! Vents are full of dirt and dust! Neighbor’s dogs relieve themselves on sidewalk and yard. Asked for price reduction but no response!!!

As it was end of April things were quiet in the transition from winter to summer heat. Pool was just across the very lightly traveled road and well maintained as was the whole property and the rental itself. We'd be happy to stay here again.

Shock and Disappointment

I have never rented a property where you opened drawers to find personal belongings, the refrigerator 2/3 full with food, and both sides of the door shelves full of condiments, etc. with people’s names on them. The freezer was 3/4 full of food! It was as if they left for the week so we could rent. We were reluctant to open drawers as we felt like we were intruding. The 2nd bathroom was missing the faucet handle for the hot water. Too much ‘stuff’ was everywhere... never saw a rental that had way more than the basics!

The unit is well appointed and very comfortable. Unfortunately we had issues with the dishwasher halfway through our month long stay. While the manager was quick to respond to our inquires, the issue was not resolved during our stay.

Gorgeous Condo
