You and 31 of your closest friends and family will enjoy a memorable vacation at Big Bear Lodge located on the edge of the Arts and Crafts Community. Just 20 Minutes to Downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge you are just a short ride away from all the attractions. That is if you get bored of playing pool, Foosball and air hockey while gathering with your friends and family.

Relax on one of the many decks and enjoy a dip in the hot tub.

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Family Vacay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean and in good repair. Also plenty of room for my big family. Kitchen was fully equipped with all dishes. Dishwasher wasn't the best. House could use better furniture to accommodate the amount of people it sleeps, wasn't a common area to just sit for everyone. Our washer wasn't working on day one but they came and replaced asap. Overall our stay was great. We did see a few bears in the back yard, which was cool. I would stay again. Great for a huge family like mine!

House was beautiful. Sleeping situation is 12 on the top floor, 14 middle floor, and 8 on the bottom floor. The beds nor the pull outs are not comfortable. Bring a mattress topper if you can.Overall, the house was nice. The main issue that we had was the drive up was sketchy at best. I would never try to pull this off with inclement weather.

We had a wonderful time of fellowship and relaxation during our stay here. The beds are pretty hard, so come prepared for that if you are not used to sleeping on a harder mattress.

Quick getaway with family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First I thought we were kind of far from everything but once I got a lay of the land it doesn’t seem far at all. The only real issue we had was we had to wait to check in a little longer than expected and a maintenance man was still there an hour and a half after we were originally supposed to check in. Then once we got settled we wanted to get in the jacuzzi but it wasn’t working properly. Maintenance did respond and fix the issue quickly. After that we really had no complaints. We had enough space, it was nice and cool. We had a good view of the mountains. It was an overall great experience.

Beautiful Cabin

The bedspreads had not been washed for a very long time. However, service to remove trash or any issues was handling extremely efficiently.

They are treated on a monthly basis, as well as at any point between scheduled treatments as needed. As many of our cabins are located in wooded areas, we do expect that some insects will get into the cabin from time to time. We take all steps to ensure that the inside of your cabin will be pest-free to the best of our ability. We can assure you that this cabin was and is currently free of each of the pests listed. We did not receive any reports of any of these pests during your stay, or at any point after by any guests that stayed after your departure. While we can understand your concern, we can assure it is already taken care of. We thank you for staying with us and hope you enjoyed your time spent in our area.

Great stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was a great place to stay. We started off going to have about 32 people. It dropped down to about 22. Would have had plenty of room for the 32. The cabin was great looking. Had plenty of room on the inside. Had plenty of stuff for the kids to play around with. Everything was clean. The staff was very helpful. We just very much like to thank the ones that are in charge of this because they made our stay great.
